Job description:We&rsquo;re looking for a creative and detail-oriented *Junior Social Media Executive* with 1&ndash;2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on *organic social media growth*. The ideal candidate should be passionate about social media trends, content creation, and building online communities without relying heavily on paid ads.Key Responsibilities:* Plan, create, and schedule organic content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter)* Build and manage social media calendars aligned with campaign goals* Write engaging captions and copy tailored to each platform* Monitor and respond to DMs, comments, and community interactions* Track social performance using platform analytics (Meta Insights, Analytics, etc.)* Stay updated on platform trends and algorithm changes* Conduct competitor and hashtag research to improve reach and engagement* Collaborate with the design/content team to produce high-quality visuals and creatives* Support influencer collaborations and organic campaigns when neededRequirements:** 1&ndash;2 years of hands-on experience in social media or digital marketing* Strong understanding of *organic social media strategy* (non-paid growth)* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer/Hootsuite, etc.* Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing* Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail* Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlinesJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Job Overview:We&rsquo;re looking for a skilled 3D Visualizer with expertise in architecture and interior design to create high-quality 3D models, renders, and animations for presentations, proposals, and design reviews. The ideal candidate will collaborate with architects and designers to bring creative concepts to life and deliver photorealistic visualizations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Create 3D models, renders, and animations for architectural and interior design projects.</li><li>Work with architects and designers to interpret design concepts and produce realistic visuals.</li><li>Apply lighting, textures, and materials to achieve photorealistic effects.</li><li>Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.</li><li>Optimize models for performance and visual quality.</li><li>Stay updated on the latest visualization tools and trends.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer, 3D Artist, or similar role, with a focus on architecture and interiors.</li><li>Proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Corona, Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite.</li><li>Strong understanding of lighting, materials, and rendering.</li><li>Ability to interpret 2D architectural and interior plans.</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing 3D visualization work.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
