Job description:We&rsquo;re looking for a creative and detail-oriented *Social Media Executive* with 1&ndash;2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on *organic social media growth*. The ideal candidate should be passionate about social media trends, content creation, and building online communities without relying heavily on paid ads.Key Responsibilities:* Plan, create, and schedule organic content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter)* Build and manage social media calendars aligned with campaign goals* Write engaging captions and copy tailored to each platform* Monitor and respond to DMs, comments, and community interactions* Track social performance using platform analytics (Meta Insights, Analytics, etc.)* Stay updated on platform trends and algorithm changes* Conduct competitor and hashtag research to improve reach and engagement* Collaborate with the design/content team to produce high-quality visuals and creatives* Support influencer collaborations and organic campaigns when neededRequirements:** 1&ndash;2 years of hands-on experience in social media or digital marketing* Strong understanding of *organic social media strategy* (non-paid growth)* Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Must have knowledge in Influencer Marketing* Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer/Hootsuite, etc.* Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing* Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail* Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlinesJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
