Job Title: HR Recruiter (Female) Company: Effica Automation Pvt. Ltd. Location: Neelambur, Coimbatore Work Mode: On-site Working Days: 6 days/week (Monday to Saturday) Timings: 08:00 AM &ndash; 04:30 PMPosition Overview:We are looking for a female HR Recruiter who will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities across technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent sourcing ability, and a proactive approach to talent acquisition.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle end-to-end recruitment for all levels (junior to managerial) &mdash; from sourcing to onboarding.</li><li>Develop and post job descriptions on relevant platforms.</li><li>Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.</li><li>Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews.</li><li>Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads.</li><li>Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.</li><li>Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.</li><li>Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.</li><li>Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.</li><li>Support HR team in other generalist activities when required.</li></ul>Desired Candidate Profile:<ul><li>Gender: Female</li><li>Experience: 1&ndash;4 years in recruitment (preferably in manufacturing/engineering/automation industries)</li><li>Qualification: Any degree (MBA/PG in HR preferred)</li><li>Skills Required:</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn, and social media hiring</li><li>Good understanding of technical roles (Design, Production, Quality, etc.)</li><li>Proactive, target-oriented, and well-organized</li></ul>Salary: Based on experience and industry standardsContact:hr@effica.in 95976 77005Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;8,601.84 - &#8377;28,226.97 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
