Efficiently is an enterprise SaaS platform transforming the design and construction industry. Our platform replaces spreadsheets, PDFs, and disconnected tools with one structured system for catalog management, presentations, finish schedules, approvals, and AI-powered workflows.
We are now scaling our data infrastructure and looking for an analytics professional who can bridge Amplitude event analytics with SaaS business intelligence &mdash; connecting product usage, activation, retention, and revenue metrics into one cohesive story.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Role Overview</h2>
You&rsquo;ll be the analytical backbone of Efficiently&rsquo;s SaaS growth model &mdash; owning instrumentation, data quality, and performance analysis across marketing, product, and revenue teams.
You&rsquo;ll define how we measure and optimize the SaaS funnel (acquisition activation retention revenue) and build dashboards that guide real decisions &mdash; not just vanity metrics.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Key Responsibilities</h2><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Instrumentation &amp; Data Quality</h3><ul><li>
Architect and maintain event tracking across product and marketing experiences using Amplitude.</li><li>
Define taxonomy for events and properties (naming conventions, hierarchy, source of truth).</li><li>
Partner with engineers to ensure precise instrumentation and retroactive QA.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
SaaS Funnel Analytics</h3><ul><li>
Design, implement, and analyze metrics for:<ul><li>
Activation rate, conversion rate, retention, churn, expansion.</li><li>
CAC / LTV modeling, payback period, ARR growth.</li><li>
Cohort and funnel analysis (trial-to-paid, user activation, upgrade journeys).</li></ul></li><li>
Partner with Growth to correlate marketing metrics with product engagement and SQL pipeline.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Business &amp; Pipeline Insights</h3><ul><li>
Connect Amplitude usage data with Salesforce/HubSpot pipeline to track how product usage drives SQLs, Opps, and ARR.</li><li>
Develop dashboards that bridge marketing, product, and sales data.</li><li>
Identify signals of healthy accounts (feature usage, frequency, collaboration).</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Experimentation &amp; A/B Testing</h3><ul><li>
Design and evaluate A/B tests across product and growth channels.</li><li>
Use data to recommend next steps, feature prioritization, and campaign changes.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Enablement &amp; Collaboration</h3><ul><li>
Build dashboards and train teams (Product, Growth, Sales) to self-serve insights.</li><li>
Communicate data stories clearly to leadership &mdash; what&rsquo;s working, what&rsquo;s not, and why.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Requirements</h2><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Must-Have:</h3><ul><li>
4&ndash;6 years in SaaS analytics or product growth analytics.</li><li>
Deep expertise with Amplitude (events, cohorts, retention, funnels).</li><li>
Strong command of SaaS metrics &mdash; CAC, LTV, ARR, churn, activation, retention, MRR expansion.</li><li>
SQL proficiency for data extraction and cleaning.</li><li>
Proven experience connecting marketing/product data with sales pipeline (HubSpot, Salesforce).</li><li>
Strong understanding of B2B SaaS funnels (PLG and sales-assisted).</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
Preferred:</h3><ul><li>
BI experience (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI).</li><li>
ETL familiarity (dbt, Fivetran, Airbyte).</li><li>
Basic Python for data analysis/automation.</li><li>
Experience with A/B testing, attribution modeling, and data quality governance.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Success in 90 Days</h2><ul><li>
Implement complete event taxonomy across product.</li><li>
Deliver dashboards tracking trial activation, conversion, retention, ARR.</li><li>
Integrate Amplitude HubSpot/Salesforce pipeline reporting.</li><li>
Present the first cohort analysis linking product engagement ARR growth.</li></ul>

Job Summary: 
As a 3D Visualizer in the Architecture &amp; Visualization division at Efficiently, you will work directly with US-based clients and manage their projects end-to-end. You will deliver high-quality visual content for residential, commercial, healthcare, retail, institutional, and industrial projects. Your role involves creating photorealistic renderings, cinematic walkthroughs, and detailed 3D models, while collaborating closely with clients and internal teams. 
 
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Develop conceptual to detailed models, site and landscape designs, and camera compositions.</li><li>
Produce photorealistic renderings, walkthroughs, and flythroughs (day/night, interior/exterior).</li><li>
Prepare and optimize materials, textures, lighting, and compositions for realism and accuracy.</li><li>
Import, clean up, and optimize files from Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, FBX, OBJ, etc.</li><li>
Manage rendering pipeline, color grading, compositing, and animations.</li><li>
Review client inputs, incorporate feedback, and ensure deliverables meet design intent and quality standards.</li><li>
Maintain project documentation, model revisions, and rendering libraries.</li><li>
Handle multiple projects under tight deadlines with consistent quality.</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Architecture is mandatory.</li><li>
8+ years of experience in architectural &amp; interior visualization (preferably US projects).</li><li>
Proficiency in 3Ds Max, V-Ray/Corona, SketchUp, Revit/AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of lighting, materials, UV mapping, composition, and post-production.</li><li>
Excellent communication skills with ability to work independently or in teams.</li></ul>
Nice to Have<ul><li>
Experience with Unreal Engine, Twinmotion, D5, Lumion (real-time visualization).</li><li>
Exposure to VR/AR workflows, animation pipelines, or motion graphics.</li><li>
Photography or cinematic background (composition, lighting, color grading).</li></ul>

Location: Work from Home (WFH) &ndash; Full-time (India-Based Candidates Only)</li><li>
