 We are recruiting for our North America region where you'll be joining a growing team of nearly 150 people based from our New York and Chicago offices. Consultants based in the USA will support clients across the Americas with opportunity to travel globally. Our consultants provide flexible support to clients whether it is a rapid assessment, short term savings realisation or embedding in a long-term partnership to deliver lasting and measurable value to clients.

  What will you be doing?

   As a Procurement Specialist, you will take full ownership of the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, from sourcing strategy through to purchase order execution, with a strong focus on indirect categories. Your role will ensure that procurement activities are efficient, compliant, and value-driven.
  </li>
  <li>
   Manage the entire procurement process: from requirements gathering and market engagement through to supplier selection and PO execution.
  </li>
  <li>
   Drive sourcing initiatives across indirects identifying opportunities for cost savings and service improvement.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal controls, policies, and regulatory frameworks, while maintaining a client-focused mindset.
  </li>
  <li>
   Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g., business units, finance, legal) to support alignment and effective decision-making across approval workflows.
  </li>
  <li>
   Own and oversee the requisition and PO process, ensuring timely and accurate execution, including resolution of any budget check errors or system issues.
  </li>
  <li>
   Lead supplier onboarding and conduct internal training to support adoption of the procurement system and best practices.
  </li>
  <li>
   Analyse spend and supplier data to propose cost-saving and efficiency improvement strategies.
  </li>

   Maintain accurate procurement records in ERP/procurement systems.

   Contribute to spend analytics and category strategy development

   You have a strong end-to-end procurement background (minimum 3 years).

   You bring experience managing procurement across indirect categories (e.g. FM, Corporate Services, Marketing, Professional Services, IT etc..)

   You have a track record of delivering significant savings through strategic sourcing and continuous improvement.
  </li>
  <li>
   You possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
  </li>
  <li>
   You are an adept multi-tasker capable of managing multiple concurrent sourcing activities.
  </li>
  <li>
   You use data to support informed decision-making and are highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables), Word, and PowerPoint.
  </li>
  <li>
   You have hands-on experience with ERP procurement tools such as SAP Ariba, Oracle, or similar platforms.

   Arabic language capabilities (verbal and written) advantageous
