 Produce clear, concise, and impactful write-ups for business key messaging, press releases, media briefs, executive remarks, letters, Q&amp;As, articles, blogs, staff communication, newsletters, and website content.

 Word complex financial and business information into accessible language for diverse audiences while maintaining the firm&rsquo;s corporate tone and brand authenticity across all lines of business.

 Public Relations

 Draft talking points for speakers and assist them in creating well-articulated messages.

 Communications Strategy &amp; Planning

 Podcast studio content preparation:

 Coordinate with producers, researchers, and hosts to assign roles, timelines, and milestones.

 Validate all content against editorial standards, audience expectations, and platform guidelines.

 Maintain a cohesive production calendar and communicate progress to stakeholders.

 Ensure timely delivery of polished and engaging podcast episodes.

 Collaborate with the Communications team to develop communication strategy workshops, annual and campaign-specific PR plans.

 Support crisis communications efforts with timely, accurate, and approved messaging.

 Internal Communications:

 Write and edit internal communications to inform and engage employees.

 Compliance &amp; Approvals:

 Ensure all communications comply with legal, regulatory, and corporate governance standards, securing required approvals from senior leadership and compliance functions.

 Uphold the firm&rsquo;s stringent governance, disclosure, and quality standards consistent with expectations for a publicly listed company.

 Implement and monitor controls across all written communications to ensure information is timely, accurate, reliable, and verifiable for all stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Apply rigorous compliance and risk management practices to maintain accuracy, transparency, and integrity in all communication outputs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and enforce a quality assurance framework encompassing data validation, due diligence, and formal fact-checking protocols.
 </li>

 Oversee adherence to documented communication policies, ensuring independent verification and clear escalation procedures for discrepancies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct systematic reviews and approvals of stakeholder communications to uphold consistency, accountability, and regulatory compliance.

 Promote continuous improvement in communication governance and quality standards to strengthen stakeholder trust and market confidence.

 Performance Measurement

 Track and report on communication engagement and efficacy by examining performance metrics (e.g., media impressions, sentiment, share of voice, engagement), as well as stakeholders' feedback and satisfaction, and adjust strategies accordingly.

 Ensure compliance with all applicable AML/CTF rules and regulations as required in the conduct of the role.

 Ensure timely completion of all relevant AML/CTF training provided by the Group.

 Job Requirements:

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration or Mass Communication or Economics
 </li>
 <li>
 7-10 years of experience in communications, of which at least 3 years are in a Journalism role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong project management and organization skills with experience in preparing engaging and effective presentations, reports, plans and other communication collaterals to key internal and external stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understand both the art and science of effective content creation and have proven experience preparing structured and well-articulated content with a compelling narrative, managing campaigns and analyzing results for actionable insights.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadership, supported by advanced proficiency in presentation tools and Excel.
 </li>
 <li>

Senior Editor- Marketing & Communications

 Purpose
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Provide administrative support to the Group Chief Human Resources Officer and the Human Resources team, ensuring the smooth operation of the department.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 <ol>
 <li>
 Process travel arrangements for the various team members, transfer employees and out-of-town trainers in coordination with the travel desk and in line with the firm&rsquo;s travel and expense policies (from airport pickups and drop offs to airlines, hotels and visas).
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep all employee files complete and up to date, keeping track of document withdrawals, returns and required updates, in coordination with the relevant team(s).
 </li>
 <li>
 Sort incoming courier deliveries for distribution and process the department&rsquo;s courier requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep a running inventory of all available stationery items on a regular basis and replenish when required to avoid shortages.
 </li>
 <li>
 Budget, Procurement System &amp; Purchase Orders (POs):
 </li>
 <li>
 On an annual basis, input all HR expense items on the procurement system ensuring accuracy in figures budget line codes, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Produce quarterly reports comparing expenditure from each line to the original budget.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create Purchase Orders (POs) on the procurement system in operation, and ensure all details are complete and accurate.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track the status of POs throughout the entire procurement cycle, from initial creation to final payment, ensuring timely payment to vendors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Address and resolve any issues that arise throughout the payment process to avoid unnecessary delays and issues arising from delayed payments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep an eye on various budget lines, as requested by the GCHRO from time to time, ensuring spending habits are in line with corporate direction.
 </li>
 <li>
 Portal:
 </li>
 <li>
 Review portal announcements on a regular bsiss and ensure that the portal is updated with the latest announcements and offers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with the team to ensure the department&rsquo;s workspace, and the corresponding public portal are always up to date with the latest versions of policies and forms.
 </li>
 <li>
 On a quarterly basis, create an announcement timetable, circulating critical reminders in sync with our corporate calendar.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attendance System:
 </li>
 <li>
 Register employee responses to attendance alerts promptly and ensure that any attendance-related notifications are accurately recorded in the system.
 </li>
 <li>
 Suspend attendance alerts for employees as needed based on requests from the Travel Desk, Learning &amp; Development, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 HR Documents Keeper
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep track of the department&rsquo;s policies &amp; procedures document; keep track of the update schedule of the various workflows and ensure they are appropriately incorporated into the compiled document and duly distributed among the team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep track of all new and updated policies for inclusion in new versions of the Employee Handbook and ensure they are reflected.
 </li>
 <li>
 Keep a log of the department&rsquo;s internal documentation guidelines, including HR logos, formatting guidelines, and document codes and ensure they are accurately utilised
 </li>
 <li>
 HR Technology:
 </li>
 <li>
 Own the app and all HR features on the company portal, on HR&rsquo;s behalf, testing various tech features as required with various teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure the app is always up to dated and coordinate with IT to give feedback on any issues, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in testing of various HR tech platforms as requested.
 </li>
 <li>
 On an annual basis, collect and collate the team&rsquo;s annual vacation plan. Update regularly, highlighting any scheduling clashes or issues to the GCHRO or the relevant manager.
 </li>
 <li>
 Plan and arrange the logistics for various HR events including venue bookings, handouts, catering, etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create and maintain a database for all general service providers the team uses (translators, hotel contacts, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle the department&rsquo;s petty cash and settle in line with the applicable policies and procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Actively participate in HR projects and initiatives on a group level as assigned.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with all applicable AML/CTF rules and regulations as required in the conduct of the role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure timely completion of all relevant AML/CTF training provided by the Group.
 </li>
 <li>

 Tech savvy individual with excellent organizational skills.

 Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and Power point).
 </li>

 Excellent command of Arabic and English.
 </li>
