She will be responsible for managing social media campaigns, driving customer engagement, and creating impactful content that resonates with our audience.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement effective social media strategies tailored for the jewellery industry.</li><li>Plan and manage campaigns to showcase collections, promotions, and brand stories.</li><li>Create engaging content, oversee daily postings, and interact with customers to build loyalty.</li><li>Track social media trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.</li><li>Monitor performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements for better results.</li><li>Manage influencer collaborations and customer-focused digital campaigns.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Female candidate with 4+ years of proven experience in Social Media Management, ideally in the jewellery sector.</li><li>Strong expertise in campaign management and customer engagement.</li><li>Proficiency with digital marketing tools, analytics, and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).</li><li>Excellent communication, creativity, and storytelling skills.</li><li>Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, luxury retail environment.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Hands-on experience with paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.).</li><li>Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, and video editing tools.</li><li>Strong customer orientation and passion for luxury/lifestyle branding.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;40,000.00 - &#8377;60,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>
