Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Independently manage complete finance and accounts function</li><li>Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements</li><li>Handle full-cycle accounting including GL, AP, AR, and bank reconciliations</li><li>Ensure compliance with IFRS, taxation laws, and statutory requirements</li><li>Prepare and file sales tax, income tax, and withholding tax returns</li><li>Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning</li><li>Process payroll, staff reimbursements, and statutory payments</li><li>Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities</li><li>Maintain strong internal controls and financial documentation</li><li>Provide financial reports and insights directly to senior management</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>ACCA (Qualified / Part Qualified) or CA Inter &ndash; Mandatory</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field</li><li>Minimum 8 years of hands-on finance/accounts experience</li><li>Proven experience in managing finance independently</li><li>Strong knowledge of IFRS, taxation, and compliance</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
