Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support (L1, L2 &amp; L3)<ul><li>Provide complete IT support across all levels, from basic troubleshooting to advanced system and network issues.</li><li>Resolve escalated incidents involving hardware, software, servers, printers, and network devices.</li><li>Ensure timely closure of IT support tickets and maintain proper documentation.</li><li>Offer onsite and remote support for employees during routine operations and major exhibitions/events.</li></ul>System &amp; Network Administration<ul><li>Manage servers, domain controllers, Active Directory, email systems, and office networks.</li><li>Support LAN/WAN infrastructure, Wi-Fi networks, firewalls, and VPN configurations.</li><li>Monitor network performance and implement solutions to minimize downtime.</li><li>Maintain backup processes, security protocols, and disaster recovery readiness.</li></ul>IT Asset &amp; Inventory Management<ul><li>Maintain complete inventory of IT assets, equipment, and software licenses.</li><li>Ensure proper installation, configuration, and maintenance of all IT equipment.</li><li>Manage lifecycle of IT devices and coordinate procurements with vendors.</li></ul>Cybersecurity &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures according to company standards.</li><li>Manage antivirus systems, security patches, and vulnerability checks.</li><li>Report potential risks and assist in strengthening security posture.</li></ul>Team Coordination &amp; Support<ul><li>Guide junior IT staff and provide technical training when required.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors for IT purchasing, repairs, and maintenance.</li><li>Support IT Manager in planning and implementing new systems and upgrades.</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain updated records of system configurations, IT procedures, and troubleshooting guides.</li><li>Prepare periodic reports on support tickets, system health, and inventory status.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
