Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Generate and close sales for exhibition booths, sponsorships, and branding opportunities</li><li>Develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships</li><li>Manage and grow relationships with existing exhibitors and corporate clients</li><li>Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations</li><li>Achieve monthly and event-based sales targets</li><li>Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth exhibition execution</li><li>Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and reports</li><li>Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments</li></ul>Mandatory Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of hands-on experience in exhibitions/events sales (mandatory)</li><li>Strong B2B sales, business development, and negotiation skills</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-management abilities</li><li>Target-driven with the ability to work under pressure</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person

Senior Sales / Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including software engineers, developers, QA, DevOps, data, and IT positions</li><li>Understand technical job requirements and collaborate closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs</li><li>Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking</li><li>Screen resumes, conduct initial technical HR interviews, and coordinate technical interviews</li><li>Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical candidates</li><li>Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process</li><li>Negotiate offers and support onboarding activities</li><li>Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in technical recruitment</li><li>Strong understanding of IT technologies, software development life cycle, and technical roles</li><li>Experience hiring for roles such as Developers, Engineers, QA, Data Analysts, DevOps, etc.</li><li>Proficiency in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, ATS)</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field</li><li>Experience hiring for international or remote technical roles</li><li>Exposure to BPO, IT services, or software house environments</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
