 Job Summary:
 
 
 
 We are seeking an experienced and proactive
 
 Industrial Relations HR Manager
 
 to oversee and manage all aspects of industrial and employee relations across the organization. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison between management and labor unions, handle conflict resolution, ensure compliance with labor laws, and foster a positive and productive working environment.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop and implement IR strategies and policies that align with business objectives and legal requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage and maintain strong working relationships with employee unions and other labor representatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and support collective bargaining negotiations and ensure timely and effective resolution of issues.
 </li>
 <li>
 Advise senior management on IR matters, labor law changes, and associated risks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and disputes in accordance with legal and organizational standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with labor legislation, collective agreements, and internal policies.

 Represent the company in labor-related legal proceedings, as required.

 Conduct regular audits of IR practices and prepare reports for leadership.
 </li>

 Deliver training and support to HR teams and line managers on IR policies and procedures.

 Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture and minimize conflict.

 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Law, or a related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 7&ndash;10 years of experience in industrial relations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of labor laws, industrial relations practices, and dispute resolution techniques.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience in dealing with unions and handling negotiations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
 </li>

 Job Summary
 
 
 
 The Facilities Engineer is responsible for ensuring the reliable, efficient, and safe operation of all data center infrastructure systems, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, fire protection, and building management systems. This role involves both preventive and corrective maintenance activities, vendor management, and continuous improvement initiatives to support uptime, energy efficiency, and sustainability goals.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 1. Operations &amp; Maintenance
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Monitor, operate, and maintain critical facility systems: UPS, generators, switchgear, chillers, CRAC/CRAH units, PDUs, BMS, and EMS.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and support corrective maintenance to ensure system reliability and uptime.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct regular inspections and testing of critical systems and equipment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Respond to facility alarms and emergencies, performing troubleshooting and recovery.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 2. Reliability &amp; Performance
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Track, analyze, and improve system performance through metrics and trend data.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions for any incidents or equipment failures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Implement reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) and predictive maintenance techniques.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 3. Project Support
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support design, commissioning, and acceptance of new data center infrastructure projects or expansions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with design, construction, and IT operations teams to ensure smooth project integration and transition to operations.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 4. Vendor &amp; Contractor Management
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Supervise external vendors and service providers during maintenance and construction work.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and approve maintenance reports, method statements, and risk assessments.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 5. Documentation &amp; Compliance
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate documentation including drawings, O&amp;M manuals, and maintenance logs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards (OSHA, NFPA, ASHRAE, ISO, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Support audits and internal compliance reviews.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 6. Energy &amp; Sustainability
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Monitor energy consumption and recommend optimization measures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support initiatives to improve energy efficiency and reduce carbon footprint.

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Education:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Engineering (or related discipline).
 </li>
 <li>
 Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED, Uptime Accredited Tier Specialist, or Data Center Facility Professional) are a plus.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Experience:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3&ndash;8 years of experience in data center, mission-critical, or industrial facilities environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with critical power and cooling infrastructure.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of BMS/EMS systems and facility automation.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Technical Skills:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Knowledge of electrical systems (UPS, generators, switchgear, PDU, etc.) and mechanical systems (CRAC/CRAH, chillers, pumps, cooling towers).
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiar with maintenance management systems (CMMS).
 </li>

 Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
