Job role and responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Land freight services.</li><li>Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through continuous prospecting.</li><li>Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.</li><li>Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and business reviews to promote service offerings.</li><li>Coordinate with the pricing and operations teams to prepare and submit quotations on time.</li><li>Actively follow up on proposals and close sales deals efficiently.</li><li>Liaise closely with operations, documentation, and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments and proper job closures.</li><li>Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues promptly and professionally.</li><li>Submit regular sales reports, activity updates, and work-related notifications to the line manager.</li><li>Ensure timely submission of invoices and follow up on collections within agreed credit terms.</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely submission of KYC and legal documents to the accounts team.</li></ul>Required skills and competencies:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of freight forwarding and logistics services.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently with a high level of accountability.</li><li>Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.</li></ul>Performance metrics:<ul><li>Achievement of assigned sales targets (Monthly/Quarterly/Annual).</li><li>Client acquisition and retention rate.</li><li>Timeliness of quote submissions and job closures.</li><li>Collection efficiency and documentation compliance.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#65020;5,000.00 - &#65020;7,000.00 per month
