Job Role:The Transport Pricing &amp; Tariff Executive is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive customer quotations, managing tender submissions, and maintaining up-to-date transport tariffs. The role ensures pricing accuracy, profitability, and customer satisfaction through timely coordination and effective communication with clients and internal teams.Key Responsibilities:1. Customer Quotations &amp; Tenders<ul><li>Prepare and issue transport quotations based on customer inquiries, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness, and profitability</li><li>Analyze transport costs, routes, and vehicle types to prepare the most efficient and cost-effective pricing structure.</li><li>Assist in the preparation and submission of tenders, RFQs, and rate proposals within the required deadlines.</li><li>Maintain and update a database of pricing records, tariffs, and historical quotations for reference and analysis.</li><li>Review customer requirements to ensure all terms, conditions, and service expectations are clearly understood before finalizing the quotation.</li><li>Work closely with operations and finance teams to verify costs and ensure all pricing elements reflect actual service expenses.</li></ul>2. Customer Coordination<ul><li>Communicate directly with customers to clarify pricing inquiries, service requirements, and quotation details.</li><li>Provide timely responses to client requests, ensuring professionalism and accuracy in all correspondence.</li><li>Follow up with customers on submitted quotations and tenders to secure business opportunities.</li><li>Coordinate with the operations team to confirm capacity availability, delivery timelines, and feasibility before finalizing rates.</li><li>Support the management team with reports and analysis related to pricing trends, customer profitability, and market competition.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time

Job Role:The Transport Coordinator &ndash; Dammam is responsible for managing import and export transport operations involving flatbed and closed box trailers, as well as handling LCL shipment coordination in the Dammam region. The role ensures efficient scheduling, documentation, and communication between drivers, back-office staff, and customers, maintaining accurate operational updates in the company software and reports.Key Responsibilities:1. Operational Coordination<ul><li>Plan, schedule, and oversee daily transport operations for flatbed and closed box trailers operating from Dammam.</li><li>Manage import and export trailer movements, ensuring timely loading, dispatch, and delivery in line with customer and port requirements.</li><li>Coordinate LCL (Less-than-Container Load) shipment movements from Dammam Port, ensuring accurate documentation and cargo handling.</li><li>Assign appropriate drivers and vehicles based on job type, cargo size, and delivery timelines.</li><li>Monitor vehicle readiness and driver allocation to avoid trip delays or resource shortages.</li><li>Ensure all safety and compliance procedures are followed during operations.</li></ul>2. Communication &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Maintain daily communication with drivers, customers, and port authorities to ensure seamless trip execution.</li><li>Coordinate closely with Back Office (BO) staff for trip status updates, documentation, and system entries.</li><li>Collaborate with other branch coordinators (Riyadh, Jeddah, etc.) for intercity movement and return load planning.</li><li>Communicate promptly with clients and internal departments in case of delays, route issues, or urgent operational adjustments.</li></ul>3. Documentation &amp; System Updates<ul><li>Update and maintain daily operational tracking sheets for all flatbed, closed box, and LCL movements in Dammam.</li><li>Record trip details, job references, driver logs, and vehicle performance data accurately in the transport management software.</li><li>Ensure that all import/export and LCL shipment documents (delivery notes, job completion sheets, port clearance, etc.) are completed and submitted on time.</li><li>Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management review and analysis.</li></ul>4. Performance &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Support the Transport Team Leader and Transport Manager by providing updates on trip performance, vehicle utilization, and turnaround times.</li><li>Identify potential delays or operational inefficiencies and recommend corrective actions.</li><li>Assist in ensuring that all trailers are well-maintained and available for dispatch when needed.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
