Designation : HR RecruiterKey responsibilities:<ul><li>1. End to end responsible for recruitment.</li><li>2. Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.</li><li>3. Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates.</li><li>4. Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.</li><li>5. Removing job advertisements from job boards and social media platforms once vacancies have been filled.</li><li>6. Assisting the HR staff in gathering market salary information.</li><li>7. Maintaining Employees Database &amp; doing paper work at the time of joining.</li><li>8. Sending Birthday wishes &amp; conducting Birthday events at offices</li><li>9. Responsible for taking care of joining formalities.</li><li>10. Closing exit formalities for the relieving employees and preparing supporting documents to employees whenever required.</li><li>11. Handling Employee Engagement activities.</li></ul>Skill Set:<ul><li>1. Have excellent understanding in recruitments</li><li>2.
