Overview We are seeking a friendly and professional Server to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, excellent customer relations skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings. This role offers an opportunity to showcase your hospitality talents while working in a vibrant atmosphere that values guest satisfaction and team collaboration.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience </li><li>Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable </li><li>Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining presentation standards </li><li>Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales </li><li>Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments through POS or cashiering systems </li><li>Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations </li><li>Assist with bussing tables, setting up dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed </li><li>Respond to guest inquiries professionally, ensuring a positive guest relations experience </li><li>Follow all sanitation and food handling procedures to ensure food safety and quality</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings </li><li>Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly desirable </li><li>Experience with upselling techniques and guest service excellence is a plus </li><li>Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and basic math for cash handling </li><li>Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy periods </li><li>Prior host/host or bussing experience is beneficial but not required </li><li>Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends as needed</li></ul>This role provides an engaging environment for those passionate about delivering memorable dining experiences while developing their skills within the food industry.Pay: $100.00 - $300.00 per dayWork Location: In person
