Technology Strategy &amp; Leadership:<ul><li>Develop and execute the company&rsquo;s overall technology roadmap aligned with business goals.</li><li>Evaluate and implement technology platforms (POS, ERP, CRM, etc.) to support restaurant operations and scalability.</li><li>Serve as a strategic partner to the executive team, advising on technology trends and innovations.</li></ul>Digital Innovation &amp; Transformation:<ul><li>Lead the digital transformation of customer experiences (e.g., mobile ordering, self-service kiosks, loyalty apps).</li><li>Manage integrations with third-party delivery platforms.</li><li>Oversee implementation of AI or data-driven tools for demand forecasting, menu engineering, and staffing.</li></ul>Team Development &amp; Management:<ul><li>Build and lead a high-performing tech team (developers, analysts, IT support).</li><li>Establish agile workflows and best practices for software development and IT operations.</li></ul>Cybersecurity &amp; Infrastructure:<ul><li>Ensure secure and reliable infrastructure across all restaurant locations and corporate systems.</li><li>Develop protocols for data privacy, PCI compliance, and disaster recovery.</li></ul>Operational Support:<ul><li>Collaborate with operations teams to streamline kitchen systems, supply chain, and inventory technologies.</li><li>Support franchise or multi-location growth with scalable tech solutions.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven experience (7+ years) in a senior technology leadership role, preferably within hospitality or restaurant sectors.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.</li><li>Strong knowledge of POS systems (e.g., Toast, Revel, Oracle Micros), restaurant ERP, and mobile ordering platforms.</li><li>Experience with cloud computing, APIs, data analytics tools, and modern software development practices.</li><li>Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to collaborate across departments.</li><li>Evaluate and implement technology platforms (POS, ERP, CRM, etc.) to support restaurant operations and scalability.</li><li>Serve as a strategic partner to the executive team, advising on technology trends and innovations.</li></ul>Location: LahoreJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
