 Position Summary
 
 
 <ul>

 The Export Logistics Coordinator will manage and coordinate all export logistics activities to ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant delivery of goods to international customers. This role involves coordinating with internal teams (sales, warehouse, documentation), external partners (freight forwarders, customs brokers), and ensuring export documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance.

 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Export Operations
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Coordinate end-to-end export logistics from order release to shipment delivery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and process export documentation, including:
 </li>
 <li>
 Commercial invoices
 </li>
 <li>
 Packing lists
 </li>
 <li>
 Bills of lading / airway bills
 </li>
 <li>
 Certificates of origin
 </li>
 <li>
 Export licenses and other regulatory documents.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with freight forwarders and carriers to secure bookings and negotiate competitive freight rates.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track shipments and update stakeholders on status, delays, or issues.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Customs &amp; Compliance
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with Egyptian export regulations, foreign trade laws, and customer requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Liaise with customs brokers to support customs clearance processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and submit regulatory filings and ensure accuracy to avoid penalties.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Coordination &amp; Communication

 Work closely with Sales, Planning, and Warehouse teams to align dispatch timing, stock availability, and documentation.
 </li>
 <li>
 Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding shipment details.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate proactively with customers on shipment schedules, documentation, and tracking.
 </li>

 Record-Keeping &amp; Reporting
 
 
 <ul>

 Maintain accurate and up-to-date export records and reports.
 </li>

 Support monthly logistics performance reporting (lead times, cost analysis, KPIs).
 </li>

 Assist with audit preparation and documentation reviews.

 Experience with customs documentation and export compliance preferred.

 Familiarity with freight forwarding and shipping processes.

 Technical Skills

 Strong knowledge of export documentation and regulations.

Export Logistcs Coordinator (Fresh Grads)

 Job Purpose
 
 
 To fulfill the company&rsquo;s direct material requirements by sourcing and procuring materials at the most competitive price, optimal quality, and required quantity, in full compliance with EGIC standards, policies, and timelines.
 
 
 Key Accountabilities
 
 
 Procurement Operations
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage MRP-generated purchase requests, including sourcing quotations from qualified and approved suppliers and selecting the most suitable offer.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create and issue purchase orders after negotiating optimal commercial terms (price, payment terms, delivery conditions).
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle R&amp;D requests for new materials by identifying suitable suppliers, arranging samples, and coordinating follow-ups between suppliers and R&amp;D until closure.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Supplier &amp; Logistics Coordination
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Coordinate shipping processes between suppliers and logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review and revise shipping documents (drafts and originals) in coordination with suppliers, logistics providers, and banks when applicable.
 </li>
 <li>
 Create inbound delivery documents on SAP and coordinate with Logistics for customs clearance and warehouse delivery.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Quality, Finance &amp; Compliance
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Follow up with Warehouse and Quality Control to ensure materials meet required quality standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with Finance to finalize supplier payments (cheques, bank transfers, Letters of Credit).
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct GR/IR analysis and resolve discrepancies.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Supplier Management &amp; Development
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Qualify new suppliers for strategic and top-line materials based on business needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluate supplier performance based on delivery reliability, pricing competitiveness, creditworthiness, and service quality, and implement improvement actions where required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend exhibitions and fairs to identify potential suppliers and expand the supplier database.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Reporting &amp; Governance
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prepare and submit monthly reports covering spend, savings, signed contracts, training activities, and KPIs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain and report on open Purchase Orders (POs) and Purchase Requisitions (PRs).
 </li>

 Prepare and monitor budget reports within assigned scope.
 </li>
