 The Admin and Media Officer will be responsible for the day-to-day- agency operations that includes; handling accounts payable, payroll, grant report entry, managing the organization's HR, and helping in creating organizational and program budgets with the supervision of the Managing Director.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Administration Activities:
 
 
 
 &bull; Core person for managing office operations and standard of performance.
 
 
 &bull; Handle accounting records and manage monthly requirements with external auditing office.
 
 
 &bull; Update and maintain corporate database
 
 
 &bull; Assist MD in daily activities and projects
 
 
 &bull; Deal with third parties that includes; suppliers, production and designer&hellip;etc
 
 
 &bull; Assist other departments in some operational / co-ordination activities as needed.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Media Activities:
 
 
 
 &bull; Monitor with media team different media outlets (newspapers, on lines and magazines) for coverage of client news and competitor development
 
 
 &bull; Send daily clippings to clients and follow up on press
 
 
 &bull; Manage media monitoring reports/sheets
 
 
 &bull; Update and maintain media sheets and rates (newspapers, magazines, online and TV)
 
 
 &bull; Distribute and monitor press releases to the media
 
 
 &bull; Sending out communication for coverage
 
 
 &bull; Assist in media database for online, printed and magazines
 
 
 &bull; Handle monthly media and project reports
 
 
 &bull; Coordination with PR executives

 Web/Social Media:
