 Responsibilities:
 
 
 &bull; Plan and implement engaging and interactive lesson plans for students aged 2-5 years
 
 &bull; Assess student progress and adjust instruction to meet the needs of all learners
 
 &bull; Create a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development
 
 &bull; Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure a collaborative approach to student learning
 
 &bull; Develop and maintain a positive and respectful relationship with students, parents, and colleagues
 
 &bull; Stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education and implement new ideas and strategies in the classroom
 
 &bull; Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement school-wide initiatives and events
 
 
 
 Requirements
 
 
 
 Requirements:
 
 
 &bull; 2-5 years of experience as a Pre School Teacher in a reputable school
 
 &bull; Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
 
 &bull; NTT (D.El.Ed) certification or equivalent
 
 &bull; Strong knowledge of child development theories and practices
 
 &bull; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 
 &bull; Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
 
 &bull; Strong organizational and time management skills
 
 &bull; Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
 
 &bull; Passion for early childhood education and commitment to excellence
