 We&rsquo;re looking for a talented and driven full-time&nbsp;
 
 Registered Nurse
 
 &nbsp;to&nbsp;join our McLean Clinic to cover our Monday through Friday shifts. Our McLean Clinic hours of operations are 7:00am &ndash; 3:00pm. This position will provide required support to physicians and other staff members in performing physical examinations and other procedures.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 In this role, you will:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 
 
 
 
 Perform all patient procedures according to EHE guidelines
 
 
 
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 
 
 
 Explain testing procedures to patients
 
 
 
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 
 
 
 Deliver exemplary customer service to patients
 
 
 
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 
 
 
 Perform and maintain proficiency in venipuncture, specimen collection, EKG's, PFT&rsquo;s, audiometric testing, vision testing, tonometry
 
 
 
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 
 
 
 Serve as a QA nurse and actively participate in clinical CQI functions
 
 
 
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 
 
 
 Provide all routine and travel vaccines as directed by the physician
 
 
 
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 
 
 
 Assist with prepping all cardiac stress testing as directed by physician
 
 
 
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 
 
 
 Promote and ensure a safe working environment for patients and coworkers
 
 
 
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 
 
 
 Stock and clean exam rooms
 
 
 
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 
 
 
 Assist with managing inventory and maintenance of medical supplies
 
 
 
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 
 
 
 Assist in coordination of patient examinations, including escorting patients to testing and examination areas
 
 
 
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 
 
 
 Perform administrative duties as directed
 
 
 
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What the role requires:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 
 
 
 
 Current State nursing license and CPR/BLS certification, ACLS preferred
 
 
 
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 
 
 
 3 years or more related experience and/or training
 
 
 
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 
 
 
 Strong phlebotomy skills and knowledge of vaccines
 
 
 
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 
 
 
 Excellent written and verbal communication
 
 
 
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 
 
 
 Strong attention to detail and organization skills
 
 
 
 
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 
 
 
 
 Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities
 
 
 
 
 
 
 </li>

 $70,000 - $80,000 annually&nbsp;
