As a growing company, we are looking to find our next team member to embrace these values and work ethic.Role Overview:The Team Growth Specialist will play a vital part in our team&rsquo;s expansion and Company culture. They are responsible for coordinating the full recruitment lifecycle - attracting, screening, interviewing and onboarding top talent - ensuring a positive candidate experience. They will also support general HR functions to contribute to the overall success of our entire team.Location:As a Company culture champion for potential and current team members, this is a full-time, on-site role in our Minneapolis office headquarters.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and hiring goals to define job requirements and create clear, effective job descriptions.</li><li>Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies utilizing multiple sourcing channels to attract diverse and qualified candidates across the country.</li><li>Conduct initial candidate interviews and deploy specified assessment tools to determine candidates&rsquo; qualifications and cultural fit.</li><li>Schedule interviews with hiring managers and other team members, and assist with job offer or rejection communication.</li></ul>:<ul><li>Coordinate the onboarding process to ensure a seamless and welcoming experience for new team members.</li><li>Conduct Company-specific orientations, providing essential information and completing necessary paperwork.</li><li>Support new team members' introduction into the Company culture.</li></ul>:<ul><li>Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the employment process.</li><li>Assist with maintaining and updating Company HR policies and procedures.</li><li>Ensure Company-portions of the learning management system are up-to-date, and assist Company leaders in creating department-specific training and development modules.</li><li>Provide support in various HR functions, such as employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR policy interpretation as needed.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>2+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong emphasis on full-cycle recruiting</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, preferred</li><li>SHRM-CP or other nationally-recognized HR certification considered in lieu of experience and/or baccalaureate degree</li><li>Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with potential and current team members</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, highly organized with strong attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work independently as an HR &ldquo;department of one&rdquo; and as part of a multi-functional team</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>The chance to be part of and expand a team that is changing the world one audience at a time.</li><li>A supportive culture rooted in positivity, creativity, effectiveness, and teamwork.</li><li>Competitive salary, benefits, and opportunities for career growth as a People &amp; Culture professional.</li><li>The opportunity to shape events that reach thousands globally and leave a lasting impact.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeBase Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What is the last book or podcast you recommended to a friend?</li><li>You are walking into work ready to have a great day, what &quot;walk up&quot; song is playing in your head?</li><li>What is your favorite quote?
