Compensation &amp; Schedule<ul><li>Weekday routes: Approximately 1&ndash;1.5 hours, paid $50 per service day</li><li>Weekend routes: Approximately 1.5&ndash;2 hours, paid $65 per service day</li><li>Weekend shifts may require additional time due to bulk item removal and dumpster servicing</li></ul>Position OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Valet Waste Management Services Provider to operate a pickup truck with a hydraulic lift trailer used to service multifamily residential communities. This role involves waste collection, transportation, and disposal while maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and professionalism.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Operate a pickup truck with a hydraulic lift trailer on local roads, highways, and within apartment communities</li><li>Safely load, transport, and unload waste materials to designated disposal or recycling facilities</li><li>Navigate tight spaces, sharp turns, and active residential areas while maintaining awareness of pedestrians and vehicles</li><li>Perform landfill dumping procedures, including safe backing and maneuvering in congested environments</li><li>Operate hydraulic lift equipment for efficient loading and dumping</li><li>Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after service (tires, lights, trailer connection, hydraulic system, etc.)</li><li>Report maintenance issues promptly and ensure vehicle readiness at all times</li><li>Transport waste securely to prevent spillage during transit</li><li>Obtain and submit landfill receipts or invoices in compliance with company tracking requirements</li><li>Communicate effectively with team members, property staff, and residents to ensure smooth operations</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license (CDL or relevant certifications preferred but not required)</li><li>Experience operating larger vehicles (e.g., box trucks, trailers, dump trucks) preferred</li><li>Background in waste management, logistics, delivery driving, or similar fields is a plus</li><li>Comfortable driving and maneuvering vehicles with attached trailers</li><li>Strong understanding of safe driving practices and route navigation</li></ul>Physical Requirements<ul><li>Ability to perform physically demanding work for 1&ndash;2 hours per shift</li><li>Capable of lifting and transporting heavy items such as furniture, mattresses, and appliances</li><li>Ability to repeatedly walk flights of stairs and remain on your feet for the duration of each service window</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Mechanical aptitude for basic vehicle inspection and troubleshooting</li><li>Experience with route-based driving (e.g., delivery, bus, paratransit, or similar driving roles)</li><li>Strong communication and time management skills</li></ul>Why Join Us Join a growing company committed to efficient, sustainable waste solutions.
