Einfolge Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior HR Executive to lead strategic HR functions and drive impactful initiatives across the organization. If you're passionate about creating a positive work culture and driving business-aligned HR practices, we invite you to be part of our team.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee full-cycle recruitment and strategic workforce planning</li><li>Manage onboarding and the complete employee lifecycle</li><li>Lead performance management and policy enforcement</li><li>Ensure accurate attendance monitoring, leave management, and payroll coordination with Finance</li><li>Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and engagement programs</li><li>Maintain and update HR database and employee documentation</li><li>Partner with department heads on appraisals, performance evaluations, and succession planning</li><li>Spearhead ISO internal audits and ensure robust documentation practices</li><li>Promote cross-functional knowledge-sharing within the team</li><li>Draft and manage official HR communications, including offer letters, increment notices, and disciplinary actions</li><li>Develop, implement, and oversee HR policies and process improvements</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Master&rsquo;s degree in HR Management or related discipline</li><li>3&ndash;7 years of hands-on experience in HR operations</li><li>Proven expertise in drafting professional documents and correspondence</li><li>Solid understanding of labour laws, statutory compliance, and ISO standards</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with cross-functional teams and senior leadership</li><li>Proficiency in HR software solutions</li><li>Ability to multitask effectively and manage sensitive matters with discretion</li><li>Capable of working independently with minimal guidance.</li><li>High attention to detail and a strong commitment to clear, inclusive communication</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Mention your current CTC</li><li>Mention your expected CTC</li><li>Mention your notice period</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Master's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Human resources management: 5 years (Required)</li><li>Recruiting: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
