Job DescriptionEisen Technologies is accepting applications for full stack programmers to work on new cloud based products. The position is based in Lansing and is in-person. We value initiative and encourage every team member to make meaningful, lasting impact.What you will be doing<ul><li>Build and maintain end-to-end features: Develop scalable APIs and intuitive user interfaces that delight our users.</li><li>Work collaboratively: Partner with Frontend and Backend specialists to create seamless, high-performance products.</li><li>Own your craft: Take responsibility for code quality, architecture, and the overall development lifecycle.</li><li>Innovate and iterate: Move quickly, experiment boldly, and help shape the evolution of our platform.</li><li>Develop project timeline and meet delivery goals</li><li>Create programmer documentation</li></ul>Who You Are<ul><li>Experienced Builder: 5+ years developing and scaling systems as a full stack programmer.</li><li>Technical Depth:</li><li>5+ years with React</li><li>3+ years with Node.JS/Typescript/ Redux Toolkit (RTK)</li><li>2+ years with FastAPI/Python/Redis/Celery</li><li>3+ years with PostgreSQL</li><li>1+ year with Tailwind CSS</li><li>Startup Mindset: Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment&mdash;ready to try new things and wear multiple hats.</li><li>AI-Curious: Eager to grow your understanding of AI and related technologies.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timeExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>If hired, when would you be able to start working?</li><li>Please provide your phone #, email, and best time to call you.</li><li>Are your currently employed?
