SEO Team Lead / SEO Specialist &ndash; Chennai (Full-Time) Location: Chennai | Mode: On-site | Department: SEOAt Elephant in the Boardroom, we&rsquo;re passionate about delivering impactful digital solutions to our global clients. As we expand our SEO team, we&rsquo;re looking for a strategic and experienced SEO Team Lead who excels at driving organic growth, improving search rankings, and playing a key role in shaping our digital success.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies across multiple client websites from diverse industries</li><li>Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits</li><li>Optimize web content, landing pages, and blog posts to improve search engine visibility</li><li>Implement technical SEO improvements such as page speed optimization, schema markup, and mobile usability</li><li>Monitor SEO performance through tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.</li><li>Identify and lead link-building and outreach campaigns</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, designers, content writers, and project managers to implement SEO best practices</li><li>Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry shifts</li><li>Manage stakeholder expectations and deliver data-backed performance reports with actionable insights</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>4 to 7 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in an agency or performance-driven setting</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across various time zones</li><li>Experience in handling international clients, with specific exposure to the Australian market considered a strong advantage</li><li>Demonstrated success in working with multiple client industries such as Automobiles, Legal (Advocates), Ecommerce, Fintech, Healthcare, and more</li><li>Proficient with top SEO tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, GA4, GSC, Screaming Frog, etc.</li><li>Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms like WordPress</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Proactive team player with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>A collaborative, growth-oriented work environment</li><li>The chance to lead SEO strategy for a portfolio of international clients</li><li>Exciting exposure to global digital trends, especially in the Australian market</li><li>Opportunities to upskill and work alongside an experienced digital team</li></ul>To Apply:Send your resume to hrindia@elephantintheboardroom.co.in Subject Line: SEO TEAM LEAD / SEO Specialist &ndash; ChennaiJob Types: Full-time, PermanentBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Team management: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
