About the RoleWe are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer / CGI Artist to join our design team at Ekaa &ndash; The Design Collective. The role involves transforming architectural and interior concepts into high-quality 3D renders, walkthroughs, and CGI visuals. The ideal candidate will possess strong aesthetic sense, technical precision, and the ability to translate design intent into visually compelling imagery.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Create high-quality 3D visualizations, renders, animations, and CGI-based walkthroughs for architecture and interiors.</li><li>Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers to interpret drawings, sketches, and mood boards.</li><li>Develop photorealistic lighting, materials, textures, and compositions using advanced rendering techniques.</li><li>Produce CGI-driven cinematic walkthroughs, VR-ready models, and presentation outputs for client meetings and marketing.</li><li>Optimize 3D scenes for speed and quality while maintaining visual fidelity.</li><li>Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while ensuring consistent quality.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest trends in visualization, rendering engines, and CGI technologies.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Software Proficiency<ul><li>Strong proficiency in 3D visualization and CGI (Computer-Generated Imagery) for architecture and interiors.</li><li>Expertise in 3ds Max, V-Ray / Corona Renderer, SketchUp, Lumion, or Blender.</li><li>Solid understanding of CGI lighting, camera composition, and material realism.</li><li>Experience in CGI animation / walkthrough creation using Unreal Engine, Twinmotion, or After Effects.</li><li>Strong post-production skills using Photoshop and Illustrator.</li><li>Familiarity with AutoCAD / Revit for model referencing and accuracy.</li><li>Bonus: Knowledge of cinematic rendering, motion graphics, or VR visualization.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Animation, or Visual Communication.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional design or visualization environment.</li></ul>Preferred Attributes<ul><li>Creative mindset with an eye for detail, color, and proportion.</li><li>Ability to interpret design intent with minimal supervision.</li><li>Organized and capable of handling multiple deadlines.</li><li>Passion for design, architecture, and emerging CGI technologies.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Opportunity to work on premium design and architectural projects.</li><li>Creative and collaborative studio environment.</li><li>Competitive compensation and career growth opportunities</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In personExpected Start Date: 01/12/2025
