Job Description:We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our dynamic HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in human resources, learn about recruitment processes, employee engagement, and overall HR functions in a professional setting. You will be assisting the HR team with various tasks and gaining valuable insights into the HR field.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist with the recruitment process including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.</li><li>Help in onboarding new employees and preparing employee documentation.</li><li>Maintain and update HR records, databases, and files.</li><li>Assist with employee engagement activities and support in organizing training and development programs.</li><li>Help with preparing reports related to employee performance, attendance, and other HR metrics.</li><li>Support in employee benefit administration and handling employee queries related to policies.</li><li>Assist with the management of employee data and ensure it remains confidential and up to date.</li><li>Assist in the coordination of internal HR events and activities, such as team-building exercises or employee recognition programs.</li><li>Handle general HR administrative duties as needed.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Strong interest in Human Resources and a passion for working with people.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.</li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).</li><li>Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.</li><li>Strong time management and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Positive attitude, proactive, and eager to learn.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>Familiarity with HR software or applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices is an advantage.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Gain practical experience in various aspects of Human Resources.</li><li>Learn from a supportive and experienced HR team.</li><li>Opportunity to enhance your resume and career prospects in HR.</li><li>Flexible working hours and a collaborative, dynamic work environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Internship Contract length: 6 monthsPay: From &#8377;3,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
