 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related fields)
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 6+ years of experience in project management or technical project leadership roles
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience managing electronics and mechanical design projects
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of product development and R&amp;D processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid experience in project planning, risk management, and stakeholder management
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive accountability
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in project management tools and reporting systems
 </li>
 <li>
 PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or similar certifications are a plus
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead end-to-end execution of electronics and mechanical design projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and budgets
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams including electronics, mechanical design, software, production, quality, and procurement
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as the main point of contact between technical teams, management, and other stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor project progress, milestones, risks, and dependencies; take proactive corrective actions when needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage project scope, requirements, and change requests, including impact analysis and decision-making
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and mitigate technical, operational, and financial risks throughout the project lifecycle
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure project outputs comply with company quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead project closure activities, including documentation, financial closure, and lessons learned
 </li>
 <li>
 Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes and tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide guidance and mentorship to project team members when required
 </li>
