Job Title: Manager / Assistant Manager &ndash; HROrganization: Ekta Shakti Foundation Location: West DelhiRole Purpose:We are seeking a committed and experienced HR professional to lead and manage the Human Resources function at Ekta Shakti Foundation. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth HR operations, complete statutory compliance, and an engaged workforce. The incumbent will be responsible for guiding the HR team, overseeing all core HR processes, and ensuring accuracy, discipline, and integrity across all HR practices.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead and manage the HR department, ensuring efficient execution of recruitment, onboarding, payroll, statutory compliance, and employee lifecycle processes.</li><li>Supervise and mentor the HR team, ensuring accountability, adherence to deadlines, and consistency in deliverables.</li><li>Maintain 100% accuracy in HR records, statutory submissions (PF, ESIC, labor laws), and documentation for 1500+ employees.</li><li>Proactively identify process gaps or errors, correct them promptly, and implement sustainable solutions for a smooth and error-free HR function.</li><li>Take ownership of employee relations, grievance resolution, and fostering a professional and positive work environment.</li><li>Drive policy implementation, process enhancements, and compliance frameworks in collaboration with leadership.</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for audits, inspections, and statutory bodies, ensuring readiness and adherence at all times.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>MBA/Postgraduate in Human Resources or related field.</li><li>5&ndash;7 years of strong HR experience, with proven ability to manage large-scale operations and compliance.</li><li>Sound knowledge of Indian labor laws, PF/ESIC, and regulatory processes.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead teams, streamline workflows, and maintain high standards of accuracy.</li><li>Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.</li><li>Proficiency in advanced Excel.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
