El Car Wash

<div>What you&rsquo;ll bring to the team:
<ul><li> Replace defective equipment parts then set specified clearances and adjust alignment of moving and stationary parts using hand and power tools</li></ul>
<ul><li> Weld, repair and fabricate equipment or machinery as necessary</li></ul>
<ul><li> Fabricate and dismantle parts, equipment, and machines using a cutting torch or other cutting equipment</li></ul>
<ul><li> Ensures operation of machinery and equipment by executing preventive maintenance requirements, interpreting technical drawings or diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, manufacturer&rsquo;s instruction and engineering specifications</li></ul>
<ul><li> Documents work performed in the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) in order to build equipment history by creating, retrieving and closing work orders</li></ul>
<ul><li> Red-line drawings when discrepancies are identified between a drawing and actual plant conditions</li></ul>
<ul><li> Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work area by complying with documentation, procedural, and applicable regulatory requirements (such as safety, environmental and housekeeping.)</li></ul>
<ul><li> Attends and participates in required training</li></ul>
<ul><li> Understands and follows all organizational policies, procedures and rules, ensuring that all laws are obeyed, and equal employment, safety and environmental protection are practiced</li></ul>
<ul><li> Must be able to work more than eight hours per day or forty hours per week on any shift or travel as needed</li></ul>

What you&rsquo;ll be doing:
<ul><li> Experience using hand tools on mechanical equipment.
</li></ul><ul><li> Knowledge and ability to troubleshoot electrical and hydraulic systems.
</li></ul><ul><li> Inquisitive mind and love learning how things work.
</li></ul><ul><li> Improve systems and processes to deliver a better and more consistent end-product to our customers.
</li></ul><ul><li> Must be excellent at working task lists to completion alone or as part of a team.
</li></ul><ul><li> We are also looking for candidates with strong backgrounds in electrical troubleshooting and repair with devices such as 3-phase motors, relays, PLC&rsquo;s, and VFD&rsquo;s. We will provide job-specific training in the field.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Demonstrating leadership skills in the field</li></ul>
<ul><li> Lead with new car wash installations and site launches</li></ul>
<ul><li> Complete work orders, weekly timesheets, and repair logs</li></ul>
<ul><li> Troubleshoot and repair defective equipment</li></ul>
<ul><li> Perform routine preventative maintenance</li></ul>
<ul><li> Train staff in the operation, preventative maintenance, and repair of car wash equipment. Lead in developing and improving maintenance program.</li></ul>
<ul><li> Adhere to all safety policies and procedures</li></ul>
