 We are looking for a highly motivated Arabic-speaking Sales Consultant to join our Dubai team.
 
 
 The ideal candidate is confident, communicates naturally, understands Arab culture, and thrives in a target-driven environment.
 
 
 This is not a field-sales job. It is a consultative sales role:
 
 
 you listen, understand the client's level &amp; needs, recommend the right program, and guide them to enroll.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Contact warm leads and guide them through our English-learning programs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Give clear explanations about the program structure, benefits, and pricing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct short Zoom/phone consultations with potential clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle objections professionally ("I don&rsquo;t have time," "I need to think," "I want to check price").
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow a structured CRM workflow and update lead progress accurately.
 </li>
 <li>
 Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide feedback to the team about trends, client needs, and opportunities.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Required Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Native-level Arabic (non-negotiable).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong English communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Previous experience in sales, telesales, or education sales (at least 2 years).
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication, emotional intelligence, and confidence in speaking.
 </li>
 <li>
 Friendly, patient, and culturally aware&mdash;able to communicate with different clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Tech-friendly and comfortable using CRM systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Based in Dubai with valid residency/work permit.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work under deadlines and performance targets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work evenings or flexible hours if needed.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Preferred:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience in selling online courses or educational programs.
 </li>
 </ul>
