We help businesses grow &mdash; step by step.What You'll Do<ul><li>Develop and execute the overall sales strategy aligned with business objectives.</li><li>Lead and grow lead generation, inbound sales, and outbound sales teams.</li><li>Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals.</li><li>Manage and optimize the sales pipeline using CRM systems.</li><li>Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.</li><li>Lead negotiations and close high-value deals.</li><li>Collaborate closely with Marketing and Product teams.</li><li>Drive customer retention and long-term client success.</li><li>Report sales performance and business insights directly to the CEO.</li></ul>What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.7+ years of sales experience, preferably within a SaaS environment.At least 2 years of experience leading and managing sales teams.Hands-on experience managing lead generation, inbound, and outbound sales functions.Strong knowledge of CRM platforms, sales automation tools, forecasting, and sales KPIs.Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Experience in the Saudi market is highly preferred.Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your Expected salary in (SAR)?</li><li>How many years of experience do you have in leading and managing sales teams?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>SaaS: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
