About the RoleWe are seeking a qualified and experienced Stormwater Engineer to join our engineering consultancy team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, design, review, and coordination of stormwater and drainage systems for infrastructure and landscape projects, ensuring full compliance with local authority standards and sustainability requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and review stormwater drainage networks, including surface drainage, underground systems, culverts, channels, and attenuation solutions.Prepare hydrological and hydraulic calculations, reports, and design justifications.Coordinate stormwater design with road, landscape, utility, and structural disciplines.Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi authority requirements (ADM, DMT, Estidama, TAQA, etc.).Review contractor submittals, shop drawings, and method statements related to stormwater works.Support authority submissions, approvals, and technical responses.Attend coordination meetings, site inspections, and technical workshops as required.Qualifications &amp; ExperienceBachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering (Master&rsquo;s degree is an advantage).Strong knowledge of hydrology, hydraulics, and flood mitigation strategies.Proficiency in design software such as Civil 3D, MicroDrainage, InfoDrainage, or equivalent.Familiarity with Abu Dhabi codes, standards, and approval processes.Strong technical writing, communication, and coordination skills.How to ApplyInterested candidates are invited to send their CV and portfolio to careers@elpatio.ae Important: Please mention the position title &ldquo;Stormwater Engineer&rdquo; in the subject line of your email.Job Type: Full-time

Experience in building projects is a plus. Join our dynamic team and help deliver innovative, high-impact projects!Important Note:Experience in infrastructure and landscape projects is a must.Experience in building projects will be considered an advantage.Key Responsibilities: -1. Cost Management and EstimationReview and validate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender quantities submitted by contractors.Evaluate value engineering proposals and recommend cost optimization strategies without compromising quality or design intent.Develop and maintain cost databases and benchmarks specific to landscape and infrastructure works.Review budget allocations and provide cost advice during design and implementation phases.2. Contract AdministrationOversee the administration of FIDIC-based contracts and ensure adherence to DMT&rsquo;s procurement and payment procedures.Assess and recommend approval of interim payment applications, variations, and claims.Prepare detailed reports on cost performance, budget utilization, and financial progress for management review.Support the preparation and finalization of contract documents and close-out reports.3.
