Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Job Type: Full-TimeJob SummaryEl Patio Engineering Consultancy L.L.C. is looking for an experienced Tender &amp; Estimation Engineer to join our team specializing in Infrastructure and Landscape Projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, reviewing tender documents, conducting quantity take-offs, coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors, and submitting competitive technical and commercial proposals in accordance with client requirements.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract requirements for infrastructure and landscape projects.</li><li>Prepare detailed cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and pricing for roads, utilities, drainage, irrigation, hardscape, and softscape works.</li><li>Analyze project scope and identify commercial and technical risks.</li><li>Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.</li><li>Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial tender submissions within specified deadlines.</li><li>Coordinate with the engineering, procurement, and project teams to ensure accurate project costing.</li><li>Perform value engineering and recommend cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.</li><li>Attend site visits and pre-bid meetings to assess project requirements.</li><li>Maintain an updated database of material costs, labor rates, equipment costs, and subcontractor pricing.</li><li>Prepare tender clarifications, post-tender negotiations, and contract documentation.</li><li>Ensure all tender submissions comply with client specifications and company procedures.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in tendering and estimation for Infrastructure and Landscape Projects in the UAE.</li><li>Strong experience in estimating roads, utilities, drainage, irrigation, hardscape, softscape, and external works.</li><li>Excellent knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and tender documentation.</li><li>Familiarity with UAE construction standards, authority requirements, and contract documentation.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and estimation software.</li><li>Strong analytical, commercial, negotiation, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet tender submission deadlines.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience with government and private sector infrastructure and landscape tenders in the UAE.</li><li>Knowledge of FIDIC Conditions of Contract.</li><li>Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary package.</li><li>Visa sponsorship and medical insurance.</li><li>Annual leave and benefits as per UAE Labour Law.</li><li>Opportunity to work on prestigious infrastructure and landscape projects in the UAE.</li></ul>How to ApplyInterested candidates who meet the above requirements are invited to submit their updated CV to careers@elpatio.ae or via WhatsApp: +971 50 145 1330.Important: Please mention &quot;Tender &amp; Estimation Engineer&quot; in the subject line of your email or in your WhatsApp message to ensure your application is processed correctly.Pay: From AED1.00 per yearWork Location: In person

Job Description:Responsible for overseeing the installation, testing, commissioning, and quality compliance of all mechanical systems in a data center project. The role acts as the consultant's representative to ensure that contractor works comply with approved designs, specifications, international standards, and project requirements. Review and comment on submissions of shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and RFIs. The following are the Key Responsibility:<ul><li>Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical submissions.</li><li>Supervise installation of HVAC and cooling systems including chillers, CRAH/CRAC units, pumps, FAHUs, ventilation, fuel systems, and generator cooling systems.</li><li>Witness FAT, SAT, TAB, commissioning, and integrated systems testing.</li><li>Review CFD reports, thermal analysis, redundancy requirements (N+1, 2N), and cooling performance.</li><li>Have basic understanding of electrical systems in data centers.</li><li>Conduct site inspections, issue observations/NCRs, and verify corrective actions.</li><li>Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, Uptime Institute, TIA-942, NFPA, and local authority requirements.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.</li><li>7-10 years of MEP/HVAC experience.</li><li>Minimum 5 years in Data Center projects.</li><li>Experience in Tier III/Tier IV or hyperscale data centers preferred.</li></ul>How to ApplyInterested candidates are invited to send their CV to careers@elpatio.ae Important: Please mention the position title &ldquo;Mechanical Engineer &ndash; Data Center Projects&rdquo; in the subject line of your email.Pay: AED300.00 - AED400.00 per dayWork Location: In person
