Job Overview We are looking for a hardworking, experienced &amp; efficient new team remember to fill our Bartender position. In this dynamic role, you&rsquo;ll craft and serve beverages, serve our delicious authentic food, &amp; ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued. Your expertise in food and beverage service, combined with your ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, will contribute to a lively, enjoyable atmosphere.The taco shop sports bar hosts many sports events throughout the year such as watch parties for soccer, football, etc &amp; we take pride in great food and great service. These are all great opportunities to make tips &amp; there is also room for position promotions &amp; pay increases based on performance.Duties<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to recipes and presentation standards</li><li>Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience and promote sales of drinks and related offerings</li><li>Manage POS systems billing, and cash handling with accuracy</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards</li><li>Assist with food service when necessary, including serving food orders during busy periods</li><li>Support catering or sports bar events by providing timely beverage service in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in food &amp; bar industry roles with strong customer service skills</li><li>Familiarity with POS systems</li><li>Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods</li><li>Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food/alcohol handling procedures to ensure guest safety</li><li>Strong sales skills to upsell beverages and promote specials effectively</li><li>Experience in hospitality environments such as restaurants or retail math for accurate cash handling and billing</li><li>Ability to work night shifts or flexible hours as required</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Employee discount</li></ul>Work Location: In person
