We are currently hiring an experienced Rig Operators on behalf of our client, a leading company specializing in piling, shoring, and foundation works in Dubai.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Operate drilling rigs for shoring works and Double Rotary CCFA (Cased Continuous Flight Auger) piling systems.</li><li>Execute piling and shoring operations in accordance with approved designs, method statements, and site requirements.</li><li>Ensure accurate drilling, casing, concreting, and reinforcement installation as per project specifications.</li><li>Monitor drilling parameters and adjust operations to maintain quality and efficiency.</li><li>Carry out pre-operation checks and routine maintenance of rig equipment.</li><li>Coordinate closely with site engineers, supervisors, and rig crew to ensure safe and efficient execution of works.</li><li>Maintain strict adherence to safety procedures and site regulations at all times.</li><li>Report any mechanical issues, delays, or site challenges to the supervisor immediately.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Rig Operator in piling, shoring, or foundation works.</li><li>Strong hands-on experience in Double Rotary CCFA piling systems is mandatory.</li><li>Proven expertise in shoring works and deep foundation drilling operations.</li><li>Ability to operate and troubleshoot drilling rigs under site conditions.</li><li>Strong understanding of geotechnical construction methods and piling procedures.</li><li>Physically fit and able to work in demanding construction environments.</li><li>UAE/GCC experience is highly preferred.</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>What is your salary expectation?</li><li>What is your notice period?</li><li>How old are you?</li><li>What is your preferred time for an interview?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
