 Job Purpose
 
 
 The
 
 Senior HR Operations Specialist
 
 is responsible for overseeing and managing HR operational processes across the full employee lifecycle to ensure efficient, compliant, and high-quality HR service delivery.
 
 
 The role supports the organization by managing
 
 personnel administration, employee records, benefits administration, compliance with Saudi labor law, and coordination with payroll and government relations functions
 
 .
 
 
 The position also plays a key role in improving HR processes, ensuring accurate HR documentation, and supporting HR leadership in maintaining operational excellence.
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 Employee Lifecycle Management
 
 
 &bull; Manage and oversee all employee lifecycle processes including
 
 onboarding, contract administration, promotions, transfers, leaves, and offboarding
 
 
 
 &bull; Ensure accurate updates of
 
 employee records, salary adjustments, and personnel changes
 
 
 
 HR Operations &amp; Personnel Administration
 
 
 &bull; Maintain accurate and confidential
 
 employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files
 
 
 
 &bull; Ensure proper documentation of
 
 employment contracts, HR letters, and employee records
 
 
 
 Benefits Administration
 
 
 &bull; Manage and administer employee benefits programs including
 
 insurance, allowances, and benefits changes
 
 
 
 &bull; Ensure proper processing and maintenance of employee benefits records
 
 
 Compliance &amp; Labor Law
 
 
 &bull; Ensure compliance with
 
 Saudi labor law, company policies, and government regulations
 
 
 
 &bull; Support internal HR audits and maintain proper documentation for regulatory compliance
 
 
 Employee Relations
 
 
 &bull; Support employees with HR-related inquiries and provide guidance on company policies
 
 
 &bull; Address employee concerns and escalate complex cases when required
 
 
 Cross-Functional Coordination
 
 
 &bull; Coordinate with
 
 Finance, Payroll, and Government Relations teams
 
 to ensure smooth HR operations
 
 
 &bull; Ensure timely and accurate HR data required for payroll processing
 
 
 HR Reporting &amp; Data Management
 
 
 &bull; Prepare HR operational reports such as
 
 headcount reports, employee data analysis, and HR metrics
 
 
 
 &bull; Maintain HR data accuracy across
 
 HRIS systems
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Process Improvement
 
 
 &bull; Identify opportunities to
 
 improve HR operational processes and workflows
 
 
 
 &bull; Support the implementation of HR systems or process improvements when required
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 &bull; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in
 
 Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
 
 
 
 &bull; Minimum 5-8
 
 years of experience in HR operations or personnel administration
 
 
 
 &bull; Strong knowledge of
 
 Saudi labor law and HR operational procedures
 
 
 
 &bull; Experience managing
 
 employee lifecycle processes
 
 
 
 &bull; Experience coordinating
 
 HR documentation, payroll data, and employee records

 by coordinating with multiple departments and assisting senior leadership with operational reporting, documentation, and administrative support.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:

 Draft professional emails and internal communications.

 Ensure high standards of organization, confidentiality, and task prioritization.

 Qualifications:
