 Your Role: Talent Acquisition Associate
 
 
 
 Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for the full-cycle recruitment of top talent for the Asia Pacific region. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for a variety of roles, across all levels and functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the APAC market, a proven track record of success in recruiting, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
 
 
 
 Your responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end recruitment outcomes, including hiring partnership meetings, sourcing strategy design, candidate assessment, offer facilitation, and successful hiring closures.

 Support and enhance Elanco&rsquo;s employer brand by delivering a positive, consistent candidate experience and maintaining a strong presence across digital platforms and recruitment channels.

 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

 3 - 5 years of experience in recruiting, preferably with a focus on the APAC region.

Your Role: Global Supply Chain Analyst &ndash; Demand &amp; Replenishment Planning</h2>
As the Global Supply Chain Analyst &ndash; Demand &amp; Replenishment Planning, you will be part of Elanco&rsquo;s Global Supply Chain Center of Excellence, supporting the design, standardization, and optimization of demand and replenishment planning processes worldwide. In this role, you will be responsible for advancing global DRP process excellence, enabling SAP S/4HANA capabilities, and supporting supply chain optimization initiatives across regions and functions.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Your Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>
Support the definition, standardization, and implementation of global Demand &amp; Replenishment Planning (DRP) business requirements within SAP S/4HANA.</li><li>
Act as an internal process consultant, defining and promoting global best practices for DRP and supply chain process optimization.</li><li>
Analyze DRP performance using defined metrics and drive continuous process improvements in collaboration with global supply chain teams.</li><li>
Support global supply chain optimization and transformation projects, including system and process rollouts.</li><li>
Contribute to training, documentation, and knowledge management for DRP processes, including support of Super User and End User communities.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications)</h2><ul><li>

 Office Administrator
 
 
 The Office Administratory is responsible for managing office needs and providing administrative support to HR, Finance, and Regulatory.
 
 
 
 Your Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 Office Management

 Ensure effective front desk coverage during core working hours, including welcoming visitors, handling calls, and providing general guidance.

 Maintain up-to-date email distribution lists and internal/external contact lists.

 Manage the warehouse, ensuring compliance with local requirements and readiness for inspections at all times.

 Ensure office compliance with health, safety, and security standards.

 Finance Support

 Ensure local platforms and documentation are up to date and compliant with EGQS (Elanco Global Quality Standards) and EFPs (Elanco Functional Procedures).

 <li>
 Create shopping carts and support procurement activities as required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Receive, verify, and file original invoices, and confirm completion to the Finance team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow up with the tax consultant to ensure timely tax payments and updated tax approvals.

 Receive, review, and file employee expense reports and confirm submission to Finance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as the primary point of contact between local suppliers and the Finance team.

 Liaise with relevant governmental authorities for finance, tax, and legal-related matters.

 Support HR with onboarding and offboarding logistics (documentation collection, system access coordination, etc.).

 Assist with employee communications and local HR administrative processes as needed.
