 to actively promote our brand and drive client acquisition through on-ground marketing initiatives.
 
 
 This role is ideal for an outgoing professional with strong communication and negotiation skills who enjoys building relationships, creating partnerships, and representing a premium beauty brand.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Promote Elaris Beauty Salon at high-traffic locations and partner venues
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish and negotiate promotional collaborations with valet parking services, residential towers, offices, gyms, caf&eacute;s, and nearby businesses
 </li>
 <li>
 Distribute promotional materials and generate client traffic to the salon
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners to drive ongoing referrals
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent the brand professionally in all face-to-face interactions
 </li>
 <li>
 Execute on-ground marketing campaigns, including flyer distribution and local collaborations
 </li>
 <li>
 Collect market feedback, track leads, and report performance to management
 </li>
 <li>
 Work independently and take full ownership of promotional activities and targets
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements

 Well-groomed, professional, and presentable appearance
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Confident, friendly, and relationship-oriented personality
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior experience in promotion, marketing, sales, beauty, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is an advantage
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work in Business Bay and surrounding areas
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-motivated, reliable, and target-driven
 </li>
