Job Summary
 The Quality Engineer is responsible for establishing, implementing and maintaining an integral, efficient and cost-effective company program to assure the quality of materials purchased, processed, manufactured and/or distributed. Ensures customer acceptance and satisfaction of all repaired or manufactured products.
 
Responsibilities and Tasks
 <ul>
<li>Assist in developing and establishing Quality Assurance programs to provide and maintain the highest quality levels for an assigned project, product or area</li>
<li>Conduct audits to evaluate operating characteristics of products or processes</li>
<li>Evaluate data and prepare reports and summaries outlining results and recommend revisions or modifications to the product or process to maintain or improve product quality</li>
<li>Assist in complete failure analysis investigations to determine the root cause and take appropriate corrective action to revise design, methods and inspection/test instructions to prevent failure recurrence</li>
<li>Devise and implement methods, Key Process Indicators (KPI) and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision and accuracy of assigned products or production equipment</li>
<li>Maintain the Material Review Board and Warranty Evaluation processes</li>
<li>Drive our zero-defect mindset culture into the organization</li>
<li>Direct supplier improvement programs and maintain appropriate supplier rating systems inclusive of necessary controls to assure optimization of operations as well as compliance with government requirements with regards to subcontract/supplier controls</li>
<li>Establish computerized data systems for quality and reliability to optimize defect analysis and corrective action activities to meet company objectives and customer requirements</li>
<li>Keep abreast of technologies and evaluate new ideas and current developments in the fields of quality assurance and control, test and inspection</li>
<li>Recommend and implement new applications to improve quality standards and procedures</li>
<li>Promote satisfactory employee relations and adherence to company policy and procedures</li>

Education, Experience & License or Certification

<li>Must have a Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline</li>
<li>Must have 2-4 years of Quality Engineering experience</li>

Job Summary
 The Sr. Software Engineer works with a team of automation engineers and process engineers to develop process control concepts into machinery, support/modify software interfaced with hardware on existing machinery or design new program-controlled processes to meet manufacturing requirements. Basic electronics knowledge and familiarity with industrial protocols and interface techniques are interfaced to the developed programming solution. The software engineer works on and leads projects throughout the full software development life cycle, including specification, design, programming, implementation, integration, commissioning, and debugging. This position has opportunities to apply program design to Robotics, electronics, machine vision, analog and digital signal application, data, and mechatronics.
 
Software development experience should include a variety of computer languages to address programming objectives related to automated process control, test/measurement, and data sharing. The software engineer works with technicians and engineers of multiple disciplines from all process departments to:

Job Summary: 
Elbit is currently seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team in Merrimack, NH. <li>Understanding of principles of power management and low voltage power distribution</li>
<li>Experience in working with limited size, power and weight optimization based on requested capabilities and power consumption requirements</li>
<li>Analog/mixed signal design</li>

Preferred Qualifications: 
<ul>
<li>Master's Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering</li>
<li>Experience with one or more SI/PI PCB analysis tools such as:</li>
<li>Mentor Graphics and PC layout tools for the Expedition workflow</li>
<li>LT SPICE experience</li>
<li>Experience in digital interfaces (I2C, USB, MIPI, SPI, DisplayPort), visible light and IR cameras and sensors, and other electro-optical devices strongly desired</li>
<li>Experience with DoD/MIL specifications, standards, and processes</li>
</ul>
