Our team specialises in building engaging online training experiences using Moodle, WordPress, and other modern learning technologies.As we expand into large-scale courseware development, we are seeking creative, detail-oriented individuals to design, package, and deliver professional learning content.ResponsibilitiesAs a Courseware Designer, you will:<ul><li>Research and reference Australian legislation, standards, and industry guidelines when building unit content.</li><li>Convert raw materials into easy-to-read, story-based learning content.</li><li>Design interactive slides and activities (using Gamma, H5P, or similar tools).</li><li>Develop knowledge checks, quizzes, and assessor-marked activities that align with compliance requirements.</li><li>Create scenario-based and practical assessments (self-marking and assessor-marked).</li><li>Package learning resources for Moodle or other LMS platforms.</li><li>Collaborate with project managers to ensure content is consistent, accurate, and auditor-ready.</li></ul>Compensation Structure<ul><li>Base Salary: 20,000 PKR/month</li><li>Per Course Incentive: 12,000 PKR per completed &amp; approved course</li><li>Target Output: Minimum 5 courses/month (higher output = higher pay)</li></ul>Example:<ul><li>5 courses &rarr; 80,000 PKR/month</li><li>8 courses &rarr; 116,000 PKR/month</li></ul>Requirements&#9989; Strong English writing and editing skills &#9989; Ability to structure content clearly and logically &#9989; Familiarity with eLearning tools (Moodle, H5P, or SCORM authoring tools preferred &mdash; complete training will be provided) &#9989; Graphic sense &mdash; comfortable with images, diagrams, and PPTs &#9989; Attention to detail and ability to follow style guidelines &#9989; Self-motivated and able to meet deadlinesNice-to-Have Skills<ul><li>Instructional design, computer science or education background</li><li>Prior work in courseware packaging, eLearning development, or training material creation</li><li>Familiarity with compliance frameworks (RTO/education training packages)</li></ul>Why Join Us?<ul><li>Work on international education projects with clients in Australia and the US</li><li>Performance-based growth &mdash; your hard work directly impacts your earnings</li><li>Fully remote position (after interview &amp; contract signing in Lahore)</li><li>Flexible, supportive, and growing team environment</li></ul>Important Notes<ul><li>Candidates must be based in Lahore and available to attend an in-office interview and contract signing.</li><li>The position is 100% remote after onboarding.</li><li>Work timings are 6:00 PM &ndash; 3:00 AM.</li><li>1-month probation period applies.</li><li>Females are strongly encouraged to apply.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Contract Contract length: 6 monthsPay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
