We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Creative Web Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing visually appealing, functional, and user-friendly web pages.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design Stunning Webpages : Create beautiful and modern web designs using design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.</li><li>Develop HTML/CSS &amp; Tailwind Pages: Build responsive web layouts and ensure they are pixel-perfect and compatible across different devices and browsers.</li><li>SVG Animation: Incorporate SVG animations and transitions to create dynamic and engaging website interactions.</li><li>Create Custom Color Schemes: Develop unique color schemes and visual styles that align with branding and create engaging user experiences.</li><li>Stay Up-to-Date: Keep abreast of the latest web design trends, CSS frameworks, CSS animation, SVG animation techniques, and new technologies.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience: 0-3 years of experience as a web designer or in a similar role.</li><li>Technical Skills:</li><li>Proficient in HTML and CSS (basic to intermediate knowledge).</li><li>Familiar with Tailwind CSS for building responsive and scalable websites.</li><li>Experience creating SVG, CSS animations to enhance web interactions.</li><li>Strong understanding of web design principles, typography, and color theory.</li><li>Creative Skills:</li><li>A keen eye for design with a focus on modern trends and aesthetics.</li><li>Strong ability to create visually cohesive layouts and design systems.</li><li>Additional Skills (Preferred):</li><li>Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.</li><li>Understanding of JavaScript for basic interaction enhancements is a plus.</li><li>Familiarity with version control tools like Git.</li><li>Mandatory:</li><li>Experience is a must</li><li>Should be able to work individually without support(remote)</li><li>Should be able to follow the project instruction/design precisely</li><li>Should be able to complete the task in the set deadline</li></ul>Job Types: Part-time, Freelance, Contractual / TemporaryPay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
