We are now looking for a Finance Analyst to support the Peace of Mind business as a part of the Consumer Direct Interaction organization within Electrolux NA. The Financial Analyst will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, delivering successful business results and process improvements by providing fact-based, financial insights and analytical reporting to enable sound decision making across the Peace of Mind organization. 
 
All about the role: 
 
As a Financial Analyst you will drive profitable growth of Aftermarket Spare Parts and Services by developing the necessary tools, processes and knowledge to successfully drive the financial controlling aspects of the business. You will collaborate closely with Peace of Mind business leaders both locally and globally as well as the broader Customer Direct Interaction organization to drive Peace of Minds key strategies and initiatives. 
 
The key focus areas for the Finance Analyst include Service profitability, Spare parts growth and ConCenT integration. Additional areas of support range from Electrolux Branded Service (EBS), Consumer Engagement Center (CEC), and Extended Service Agreements (ESA).
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Act as true business partner to Peace of Mind organization with participation in total finance function from daily analysis and setting short-term goals to building long-term strategies and challenging the way we do business in the Peace of Mind channel</li><li>
Coordinate the implementation of standardize tools and reporting to facilitate analysis across verticals such as product line and business segment, including key performance indicators necessary to drive profitable growth</li><li>
Management of monthly invoicing, accruals and account reconciliations to ensure proper revenue and administrative expense recognition
</li><li>Evaluate &amp; summarize full P&amp;L for actuals and forecast, providing executive level commentary for major drivers of performance with proposed actions for deviations to plan</li><li>
Owner of the financial planning processes for Peace of Mind business including monthly forecast, annual budget and strategic plan. Provide weekly snapshot of current month performance versus forecast with insights for corrective action as needed</li><li>
Drive cost excellence within Service organization and Consumer Engagement Center operations through tracking of monthly spend, cost reduction initiatives and providing recommendations to business partners for efficiencies</li><li>
Propose actions that help improve the efficiency and effectiveness of business investments. Evaluate and present business cases to Executive Leadership</li><li>
Partner on key strategic growth projects throughout Peace of Mind portfolios including Service and Service Agreements including managing and tracking capital project spend and return on investment</li><li>
Ad-hoc Reports and Presentations as needed by senior management</li></ul> 
Minimum Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Management</li><li>
3+ years of experience in commercial or product line finance, financial modeling and forecasting or related experience</li><li>
Experience with Services or Revenue accounting preferred</li><li>
Experience with Power BI, MS SQL preferred</li></ul>

The Commercial Finance Analyst is a critical role that supports and impacts the achievement of commercial objectives within a dynamic market and environment. Primary responsibilities include, but may not be limited to, managing customer claims, chargebacks and deductions while also supporting the Aftermarket and Wellbeing Commercial Finance Controllers with reports and other processes.
The successful analyst is data-driven, intellectually curious, analytically gifted, financially savvy, a problem solver, collaborative, and has excellent business acumen. The analyst is proactive and progressive and can effectively build and translate analyses into clear and meaningful action-plans for the commercial organization.
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Serves as primary business facing contact for Finance, working closely with customer account managers and business operations to create, manage, and execute claims, chargebacks and customer deductions</li><li>
Partner with internal team supporting, improving and leveraging the existing information on the channels and supporting areas like GFSS</li><li>
Be open and trusted resource and develop up to complex models for projects as part of a cross-functional team to support strategic initiatives</li><li>
Drive enhancements to reporting and planning capabilities, participating in cross-functional initiatives to continuously improve and automate commercial financials and controls</li><li>
Perform regular general ledger and period end closing support in reporting and visibility as it relates to revenue</li><li>
Performs regular account reconciliations as required</li><li>
Ability to effectively interface with various commercial teams as well as various stakeholders across the organization</li><li>
Other duties and ad hoc projects may be assigned</li><li>
SAP, Business Objects BI reporting and data visualization tools</li><li>
Good communication and presentation skills</li><li>
Ability to work on complex issues and perform in-depth evaluations</li><li>
Ability to work independently with managerial support</li><li>
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills</li><li>
Problem solver, system and detailed oriented with strong analytical skills, especially dealing with large volumes of data without sacrificing on accuracy</li><li>
