Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive / Service Coordinator(Kitchen Equipment &amp; Spare parts field preferred) to join our team. This dual-role position requires a professional who can drive sales growth while ensuring seamless coordination of services for clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to multitask efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Sales Responsibilities:<ul><li>Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.</li><li>Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients.</li><li>Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.</li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services offered by the company.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.</li></ul>Service Coordination Responsibilities:<ul><li>Act as the primary point of contact between clients and service teams.</li><li>Coordinate service requests, scheduling, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of service activities, client interactions, and feedback.</li><li>Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.</li><li>Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.</li><li>Prepare reports on service performance and customer feedback for management.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in related field.</li><li>Proven experience in sales, service coordination, or a similar role.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Customer-centric approach with a problem-solving attitude.</li><li>UAE Driving license is a must.</li><li>Team work and coordination.</li></ul>If interested, please send your CV via email to ecm.employ@gmail.com or via WhatsApp on 00971-586077090/567676345Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per monthLicense/Certification:<ul><li>UAE Driving License (Preferred)</li></ul>
