Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Review drawings, specifications, and project documents.</li><li>Prepare cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors.</li><li>Perform quantity take-offs and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ).</li><li>Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.</li><li>Assist in preparing tenders and bid submissions.</li><li>Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams.</li><li>Monitor project costs and update estimates when required.</li><li>Ensure estimates comply with company standards and client requirements.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.</li><li>Experience in cost estimation and tendering.</li><li>Knowledge of BOQ preparation and quantity surveying.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimation software.</li><li>Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.</li><li>Strong analytical and communication skills.</li></ul>Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per monthWork Location: Hybrid remote in Dubai (Dubai)

Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and reliable General Foreman/ Supervisor to supervise daily site operations and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards.
