<div>Minimum Required Qualifications: 
<ul><li>5-8 years minimum recent professional experience in a similar or equivalent position involved in project or construction.</li><li>BS/BA Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business or related degree. Additional qualifying experience in excess to the minimum stated above may be substituted for the required education on a year for year basis.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong written and verbal communications skills.</li><li>Able to travel to LACCD campuses</li><li>Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documents</li><li>Must be proficient in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.</li><li>Ability to work in fast-paced environment and adhere to deadlines.</li><li>Ability to take initiative and make sound decisions.</li></ul> 

Preferred Qualifications: 
<ul><li>Experience on Educational programs/projects.</li><li>Experience on large public works programs.</li><li>Experience with Trimble Unity Construct.</li><li>Experience with audits.</li></ul> 

Position Description: 
<ul><li>Provides technical skills and coordination support to the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QAQC) Department.</li><li>Coordinates with Program Management Office (PMO) staff, College Project Teams (CPT), and College staff.</li><li>Participates in, and occasionally runs, QAQC meetings.</li><li>Conducts field checks and site walks to verify compliance with assigned metrics related to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) or other assessment criteria.</li><li>Supports in addressing matters with the CPTs and PMO related to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), KPIs, and assessments.</li><li>Assists in preparing written materials including correspondence, reports, procedures, and guidelines.</li><li>Develops monthly project status reports for all assigned active construction projects.</li><li>Reviews construction change orders and construction field orders.</li><li>Reviews construction and professional services contracts.</li><li>Manages data collection for status report updates, and reviews documentation as needed with CPT/PMO.</li><li>Reviews project risks and coordinates with CPT to develop project status reports.</li><li>Facilitates resolutions related to QAQC issues.</li><li>Coordinates with CPT for timely and accurate responses to requests for information.</li><li>Generates and distributes meeting minutes and maintains project files for reporting.</li><li>Assist in the development of Key Performance Indicator (KPIs)</li><li>Responsible for monitoring and addressing KPIs with CPT/PMO.</li><li>Maintains various trending reports for assigned campus i.e. RFIs, CCDs.</li><li>Assist in the development of new trending reports and attributes for assessments.</li><li>Coordinates and prepare materials for CPT workshops.</li><li>Assist in SOP GAP analysis.</li><li>Supports and compiles data for on-going audits, as necessary.</li><li>Assists in process improvement initiatives and coordination.</li><li>Reviews project data for conformance to SOP and/or QAQC metrics.</li><li>Other job-related duties or projects as assigned.</li></ul> 
Salary dependent on education and experience. Salary range: $85K-$105K
