Responsibilities:

1. Equipment Tracking &amp; Inventory Management</div><ul><li>
Maintain up-to-date inventory records of all environmental testing equipment, tools, and accessories</li><li>
Track equipment availability, location, and condition in real time</li><li>
Implement and maintain an equipment check-in/check-out system for field teams</li></ul><div>
2. Calibration &amp; Maintenance Coordination</div><ul><li>
Schedule and document equipment calibration activities in line with company and regulatory standards</li><li>
Maintain calibration certificates and records for audit and compliance purposes</li><li>
Assist in identifying, reporting, and following up on equipment faults, repairs, or servicing needs</li></ul><div>
3. Field Mobilization &amp; Demobilization Support</div><ul><li>
Prepare equipment for mobilization to field projects, ensuring completeness and functionality</li><li>
Support demobilization processes by inspecting, cleaning, and storing returned equipment</li><li>
Assist in ensuring field teams have the necessary tools and consumables for operations</li></ul><div>
4. Documentation &amp; Reporting</div><ul><li>
Maintain accurate logs of equipment use, calibration dates, and service history</li><li>
Prepare periodic equipment status reports for management review</li><li>
Ensure all records are compliant with internal policies and regulatory requirements</li></ul><div>
5. Continuous Improvement</div><ul><li>
Recommend process improvements for better equipment utilization and control</li><li>
Support initiatives to minimize equipment downtime and extend asset lifespan</li></ul>
Skills / Qualifications:
<ul><li>Fresh graduate or diploma holder (Saudi national) with a diploma or degree in environmental science, Engineering, Laboratory Technology, or a related technical field</li><li>
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills</li><li>

Responsibilities:

Proficient in calculating figures and amounts, including invoice totals, payment terms, and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), with a solid grasp of basic math concepts.</li><li>
Excellent analytical skills and a strong understanding of accounting and financial principles.</li><li>
Proven problem-solving abilities and a high level of attention to detail.</li><li>
