Element Medical Center is seeking a skilled and patient-centered Dermatologist (Specialist or Consultant) to join our growing team on a part-time basis.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct comprehensive dermatological consultations and examinations.</li><li>Diagnose and treat a wide range of dermatological conditions (medical, cosmetic, and procedural).</li><li>Perform dermatology procedures such as biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, laser treatments, PRP, injectables, and other skin-related interventions.</li><li>Provide patient education and develop personalized treatment plans.</li><li>Maintain detailed and accurate medical records in accordance with NHRA regulations.</li><li>Collaborate with the Element Medical Center team to ensure high standards of care.</li><li>Stay updated with best practices, new dermatological technologies, and evidence-based treatments.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all NHRA, safety, and infection-control guidelines.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>NHRA License (Specialist or Consultant level) &ndash; Mandatory.</li><li>Medical Degree (MD or equivalent) with specialization in Dermatology.</li><li>Board certification or equivalent recognized qualifications.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years clinical experience in dermatology (preferred).</li><li>Strong skills in both medical and cosmetic dermatology.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English and a compassionate approach.</li><li>Ability to work part-time hours as scheduled at Element Medical Center.</li><li>Commitment to patient confidentiality, safety, and high clinical standards.</li></ul>Job Benefits<ul><li>Competitive part-time compensation package.</li><li>Modern, well-equipped consultation and procedure rooms.</li><li>Supportive and professional working environment.</li><li>Administrative and nursing support available during clinics.</li><li>Access to high-quality dermatology devices and technologies.</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth, training, and skill development.</li><li>Flexible working hours.</li><li>Safe and premium clinical setting accredited by local authorities.</li></ul>Job Types: Part-time, PermanentPay: BD500.000 - BD1,000.000 per month
