No glass ceiling.About the RoleAs a Selling HVAC Technician, you&rsquo;ll run residential and light commercial service calls, diagnose system issues, and present repair, upgrade, or replacement options directly to the homeowner. This role is ideal for a technician who enjoys technical work and talking with customers, explaining solutions, and being rewarded for the value they bring.You&rsquo;re not a pushy salesperson&mdash;and we don&rsquo;t want you to be.
