The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, identifying customer needs, and providing suitable life insurance solutions to ensure financial security for individuals and families.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calls, referrals, networking, and field visits.</li><li>Understand customer financial needs and recommend appropriate life insurance policies.</li><li>Explain product features, benefits, and terms clearly to clients.</li><li>Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as assigned by the company.</li><li>Maintain long-term customer relationships and provide post-sales support.</li><li>Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and regulatory requirements.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong negotiation and persuasion ability.</li><li>Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and target-driven.</li><li>Ability to build trust and maintain client relationships.</li><li>Basic knowledge of financial planning and insurance products (preferred).</li></ul>Eligibility Criteria<ul><li>Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.</li><li>Experience: 0&ndash;3 years in sales (Insurance/Banking/Financial Services preferred).
