<div></div><div><b>Job Description</b></div>
<div>The Server provides our guests with efficient and courteous service by ensuring that all guests receive their orders accurately and in a timely manner.</div>
<div></div><div><b>Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</b></div>
<ul><li>Greet and welcome all guests as they enter the venue.</li>
<li>Possess a comprehensive understanding of the entire food and beverage menu to make thoughtful menu suggestions and up sales.</li>
<li>Place accurate and proper guest orders by using a POS station and/or handheld POS device.</li>
<li>Deliver food and drinks to guests, ensuring timely and efficient service.</li>
<li>Monitor and ensure guest satisfaction with their order and service.</li>
<li>Adhere to high food safety guidelines and standards.</li>
<li>Communicates facility deficiencies within the venue to managers daily.</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness of all common areas, including but not limited to, auditoriums, lobby, restrooms, countertops, hallways, trash receptacles, game room, bowling lanes, self-service stations.</li>
<li>Complete all opening, closing and side-work duties.</li>
<li>Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.</li>

<ul><li>Strong verbal communication skills</li>
<li>High guest satisfaction expectations and focus</li>
<li>Able to take direction and work together as a team</li>
<li>Hospitality-minded attitude; friendly, outgoing and guest focused</li>
</ul><div><b>Education + Experience + Requirements:</b></div>
<ul><li>HS Diploma or GED Certification</li>
<li>Must be at least 18 years of age</li>
<li>Food Handler&rsquo;s and state alcohol certification</li>
<li>Previous experience preferred</li>
<li>Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times</li>
</ul><div><b>Physical Requirements:</b></div>
<ul><li>Prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs</li>
<li>Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times</li>
