What You&rsquo;ll Do:
<ul><li>
Elevate your repair skills: Completing work orders and make apartments ready for move-ins in a timely and efficient manner along with general handyman duties for building and apartment maintenance.</li><li>
Elevate your adaptability: Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests while on- call and adapt to changing priorities to support business needs effectively.</li><li>
Elevate your communication: Communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and all other parties regarding maintenance issues, updates, and requirements.</li></ul>

Qualifications and Skills
<ul><li>
Valid Driver's License required.</li><li>
Able to lift up to 50 lbs. required and other physical requirements.</li><li>
Furnish own hand tools.</li><li>
Ability to learn.</li><li>
Previous property management experience is a plus</li></ul>
