Elevate is seeking a hard working full-time seasonal Groundskeeper who can grow with us as our professional apartment management company continues to expand. Duties &amp; Responsibilities
<ul><li>
Trim shrubs and bushes as needed to ensure a professional appearance of property</li><li>
Maintain plant beds by removing weeds and planting as needed</li><li>
Repair and install hardscape features as needed</li><li>
Keeping all public spaces free and clear of litter, debris and pet waste</li></ul> 


Qualifications
<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>
1-year experience working in a physically demanding position</li><li>
Ability to communicate verbally in English</li><li>
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet established deadlines</li><li>
Able to lift up to 50 lbs. required and other physical requirements</li><li>
Valid Driver's License required</li></ul>
