Job Description:<ul><li>Observing, guiding, supervising, and assessing children of Primary and Middle Year Programs while they learn in the classroom environment.</li><li>Developing lesson plans, learning exercises, curricula, and methods that fulfill the needs of the individual child.</li><li>Developing and maintaining a safe, clean, stimulating classroom where all children feel safe and valued.</li><li>Monitoring and assessing student progress.</li><li>Ensuring supplies and equipment of classrooms are available and in working condition.</li><li>Updating records/results on the school database.</li><li>Participating in school activities.</li><li>Developing assessments for students.</li><li>Any other related tasks given to you.</li><li>NOTE: EVS is an adaption of Finland Education System and an inclusive setup hence we have merged classroom system (i.e., Grade 1&amp;2, Grade 3 and Grade 4&amp;5).</li></ul>Qualification:Bachelors (at least), Preferably in Computer SciencesExperience:At least 2 years of experience in the same capacity.Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs32,000.00 per monthLocation:<ul><li>Karachi Gulistan-E-Jouhar (Kp-2023) (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Primary Teachers Required (Mathematics, English, Computer and Science)

Key Responsibilities1. Curriculum Planning &amp; Implementation<ul><li>Develop and implement term-wise academic plans, schemes of work, and lesson structures in alignment with school standards.</li><li>Ensure the curriculum integrates core subjects (English, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Urdu, and Islamic Studies) with skill-based learning and activity-based methodologies.</li><li>Update and align instructional materials, textbooks, and digital content to meet learning outcomes.</li><li>Coordinate the development of enrichment and remedial programs for diverse learners.</li></ul>2. Teacher Supervision &amp; Support<ul><li>Conduct regular classroom observations to monitor teaching quality, lesson delivery, and student engagement.</li><li>Provide academic mentoring, coaching, and constructive feedback to teachers.</li><li>Arrange teacher training sessions and workshops on pedagogy, classroom management, and assessment techniques.</li><li>Ensure timely submission of lesson plans, diaries, and teaching aids.</li></ul>3. Assessment &amp; Academic Monitoring<ul><li>Develop and monitor the assessment policy for the primary section.</li><li>Supervise paper setting, moderation, and marking processes to ensure fairness and alignment with learning objectives.</li><li>Analyze student performance data to identify gaps and recommend intervention plans.</li><li>Ensure consistency in report cards, grading, and progress tracking.</li></ul>4. Communication &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Act as a liaison between teachers, school leadership, and parents.</li><li>Conduct regular departmental meetings to discuss academic progress and classroom challenges.</li><li>Facilitate smooth execution of academic and co-curricular activities.</li><li>Support parent-teacher meetings (PTMs) and provide academic feedback and recommendations.</li></ul>5. School Improvement &amp; Quality Assurance<ul><li>Contribute to school-wide academic reviews and development plans.</li><li>Maintain documentation of lesson plans, assessment records, and progress reports.</li><li>Ensure academic discipline and adherence to school values, policies, and protocols.</li><li>Support innovation in teaching and curriculum design through collaboration and research.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Education: Master&rsquo;s or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Education or a related field (B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred).</li><li>Experience: Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of teaching experience in primary grades with at least 1&ndash;2 years in a supervisory or coordination role.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From Rs25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
