You&rsquo;ll manage a portfolio of clients and take responsibility for the accuracy, timeliness, and quality of their financial information.

<li>Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies

<li>Communicate proactive updates and identify issues early

Deliver Technical Excellence
<ul>
<li>Enter and reconcile transactions accurately 
</li>
<li>Collect and process payroll data, calculate deductions, and submit required filings 
</li>
<li>Prepare clear, reliable financial statements for decision-making 
</li>
<li>Maintain compliance with GAAP and payroll tax regulations 
</li>
<li>Support special projects and firm initiatives as needed</li> 
</ul>

Required Skills &amp; Experience
<ul>
<li>2+ years of payroll and bookkeeping experience (public accounting preferred) 
</li>
<li>Proficiency in QuickBooks Online</li>
<li>Strong understanding of payroll processing, deductions, commissions, and tax filings 
</li>
<li>Experience with bank, credit card, and loan reconciliations 
</li>
<li>Thorough understanding of payroll laws and IRS compliance requirements 
</li>
<li>Experience with Google Workspace</li> 
</ul>
