Seeking a warm, flexible, fun, self-directed, hard-working and positive person to fill the floater/assistant teacher role.We are looking for someone who wants to work in the childcare field while obtaining their Early Childhoood Education degree. We offer support in obtaining a scholarship to earn a degree in ECE, which makes you eligible for excellent pay rates ($50,000 with an AA degree and $66,000 with a BA degree).The ideal candidate learns quickly, adapts to new classroom environments easily, has great interpersonal skills with children and adults, loves to be outside in all weather, doesn't mind getting dirty, and likes to clean .Our program is committed to play and spending time outdoors. Our indoor spaces have a homey, casual vibe, and we create a natural feel in our outdoor areas.
